Halo is a very good and fun game. Good graphics,weapons, and the story is great. the only thing that wrong is on the level two betralys. when you fly a banshee into the holo room land on the on one of the lights if u look up you will see a dark hole. if you look at it from the side you fall into a endless pit and you have to restart the game i hate it when it happens! but otherwise halo is a great game and i cant wait for halo 2.

I have only played it for one day, it seems good on multiplayer, but boring never the less, i only played 2 player deathmatch, i'm sure 4 player deathmatch will be awesome, plus i love co-op games, my best co-op game up to yet is... Desert Storm.

Halo is by far the most exciting game on the X-Box. At its release time, it had the best graphics, and today graphics are still very impressive. Gameplay is awsome. Easy begginning, hard end(on normal and above). The hardest level is The Library or Two Betrayls. The Maw is too easy(on easy).

This is a very good, realistic (in a futuristic kind of way) FPS game, with a good AI engine and eye dazzling graphics. It starts out having a "Star Trekky" sort of a feel, and slowly descends into a struggle for your own life as one enemy becomes two, which both pursue you with fanatical hatred. The best way to describe it would be to say a first person view of Starcraft descending down into Half-Life. The levels are really repetitive, though, so it's generally easy to get lost in the labarynthine corridors of Halo.

PS2 gfx engine can't cope anymore |

I'll say this from the start. I got a PS2 the minute it came out and I thought it was great. Right through all the games to GTA3, still cool. MGS2 was a big letdown, poor loading times, stupid cut scenes etc. I was constantly telling everyone XBOX was crud. However I then went and got Vice City on PS2 and this prog shows that the PS2 can't cope anymore, massive slow down, terrible draw distances, crashing, save game errors. Two years in and the PS2 engine can't cut it anymore. Depressed I went down the shops and saw MS were discounting the XBOX complete with five games for 199.00UKP, amazing deal, at that price I had to have one, even just for the bundled version of HALO. Now I've been playing it solid for two weeks and it is the best console/game out there. Even my PS2 owning friends agree, although it hurts them to say it. I still fire up my PS2 just to play GTA3 or Vice City but it pales in comparison next to XBOX. Just imagine if Bungie used the HALO engine to create a city and cars GTA3 style, it would be amazing.

This game was the best game I have ever played. Most of the time I don't like playing bloody gory games mostly I only can plat T or E games but this one is a little slip but still this game is 10 out of 10.

I have to say Halo is a good game, but it gets old. I got halo and beat it. All my friends tell me that i cant beat it on legendary. I have to say that it is too hard. I cant believe it takes that many bullets to kill 1 alien. O well it doesnt really matter tho, because the game is awsome. if you have an xbox it IS a must have, but dont believe the people that give it 10 stars. it is a really good game, but dont loose your head over it.

Halo is by far the greatest game that was ever created. It has awsome graphics, sweet plot, and cool weapons. The game is fun for multiplayer in every way possible. You can design your own set up for levels and have settings just for your liking. The single player is challenging and cooperative play is just as good.

Halo is byfar the best plotted game ive seen in my life, also the graphics are the best ive seen, but thats not what I am here to talk about. I want to say a few things about the age rating. First it shoulden't have been rated mature. On the back it says its rated mature for animated blood and gore. All ive seen is animated blood, theres no gore! I think this rating drives people away from buying it. What im trying to say is that it should have been rated teen.

I know HALO has had it's mixed reviews of good and bad from all gamers out there, but I am gonna give the good and bad about HALO as well. I first played this game at a friends place and it was one of the reasons I bought an Xbox. HALO is a game that all can enjoy, the multiplayer mode and split screen play is off the hook! With selecting and altering weapons for careful annihilation or total destruction this game can be enjoyable. I have beaten HALO and yes the story does get boring but overall this is real good game. You can't buy and play a game for a few hours and decide it was a waste of $50. Games take time to enjoy and if given the time to enjoy HALO, you will enjoy it too. I said it was one of the best, but not the best FPO game I have ever played. Let's see what HALO 2 comes out with Christmas and see what they come up with.

Halo, is just in all a great Game. Multiplayer Mode Can improve a little, so can the 1 player. But the real reason i think this game is soooo good is the glitches. blowing vehicles out of leves, getting on top of levels, falling through the ground an much more!Also, Guilty pleasures, my fav. is throwing plasma gernades on grunts, it sounds, and looks, so funny! Halo has great sound and never gets boring.If you ask me, you should go out and get it right now

halo is so fun that every day from school.I like the graphics than any other game ,i love hearing grunts cuss and say some stupid stuff the sound is great. the game play is like your actually in the game. multiplayer is better in halo than in other shooting games. in multiplayer you can change your lifespan up to 200% to 50% i think halo is one of the best games ever made anybody who thinks halo is a bad game they are wrong i love halo so much i can't wait for the 2nd halo to come out.in my words halo is a 10 from a scale of 1 to 10. If halo 1 is like this than halo 2 is even better. the story of the game is completely original. the value of this game is worth 2 to 3 other types of games. I've player games that ain't half as fun as halo some games like bam aren't nearly as fun. Halo is by far the best game of the decade this is what you can get in stock with halo and many more games on halo halo is probally the best game on xbox and any othersystem

If you like shotting games then you should play Halo it has everything in it. It has loads of levels so that its not a short game and you u have more then 4 players at a time! You can also control tanks, aircafts etc.....the grapics on the game are really good and so is the game play too. You can alot of fun on it too and you can never ever get bored of the game because its so good.

Halo for Xbox is a complete masterpiece!It is a must have.The action is totally intence,and I havent played a better FPS/action game than this.It controls like a dream and there are awesome vehicles in levels in Halo.The graphics are great and it has cool music and great sound effects.The action can't be beat in Halo along with the multiplayer.The multiplayer in Halo can't be beat as well.There are tons of options for multiplayer matchs,and some of them require thinking.You have to buy Halo.It blows away alot of games.Buy it!

When I first turned on halo i thought its just another fps. But I regret ever thinking that. Halo rocks,I mean what more could you want vechiles, flying vechiles. The sound on halo is brillant. The gameplay makes every other game in the planet dull and thats including Vice. This game will keep you playing forever! I have completed it on legionary theres a nice suprise not telling you no more!!!!!!!!

Halo is and will always be a game to remember. It's just one of those games you never get tired of playing. There is always something new that you learn each time you play. The Multiplayer could use simulants so you can team up with friends against the computer, but other than that the multiplayer is quite intriguing. Me and my friends always hook up all of our xbox's so we can have an all out war. I would recommend to anybody who is buying an xbox to get Halo because if you don't buy it now, when Halo 2 comes out you will be lost on the story. Speaking of which. We are only months away from the New Halo which is said to be untouched. It will show everything xbox has to offer. The graphics are to be almost real and the gameplay will be unbeat. As soon as i saw the cover it captivated me. Not since half-life did a game become so involved in my life. The sheer thrill of blasting such ferocios enemys like the Covenant and the Flood sends chills down my spine and butterflies in my stomach even though i have completed it on every difficulty. I'm ready to be taken into that sort of world again so keep em coming Bungie. BRING IT ON!!!!!!!!
