i have never played played a game as good as this!the graphics are awesome.if you havent played it go and get it!!!!there are so many weapons.the way the author of the game made the flood just come and not be in the book was a great idea.on a 60 inch tv it looks awesome.i play it all the time.i beat it 2 times on normal once on easy and 1 time on legendary wich is the hardest level of them all! the last level was hard but after a while it gets normal. when i do the last level my heart rate goes sky high! it is an exciting game with many suprises. it was my first game on the system it is on. the first time i played it i was obsessed with it.my father plays it to with me. multiplayer is the only way i played it and beat it.on vs. mode i think it should have a way you con be marines or the aleins.the vehicles are awesome.i also think they should have had you be able to fly the planes in the multiplayer.halo has only a few flaws but i still think it is the best game i have have ever played!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this ranks with the others above as the king of games. I personally say first person shooters stink but this grabbed my atention. the gameplay controls are diffrent then what im used to. graphics are good espeacily the creative aliens and weapons and grenade explosions.I'd say this game will have prisoner for a few months to a year. the multi player is my personal favorite and the fact i can hit the others with the tanks. but the just truth of the body is that its just another first person shooter

if you have halo then you have to play prisonor, only rockets. it is the best . after you play like for 30 min then like when u die the graphhics are so good you see a gernade or rocket launcher flying from when u got blown up and you shoot it, all reflexes. it somethings twitches, u shoot it, reflex. i got so used to it when someone is invisble, i see them like there not invisble, i geuss i played too much. the multyplayer is incredible.plus on boarding action i rock. i kill like everyone with a head shot.

Halo is the best video game I have ever played in my entire life.
It beats the graphics of any PS2 or Gamecube games can offer and it has an outstanding cooperative and multiplayer capability's that no other such game in man kind yet has. All XBOX players must play a four XBOX, 16 player link up game of Halo all night with lots of chips and soda and pizza and no sleep. Amen to Halo 1. Halo 2 will be better. HALO 1. BEST GAME. EVER. AMEN (untill Halo 2 comes out).

Halo is by far the best game ever, for the best system, Xbox, or for any other system. It completely blows any Play station games out of the water with its amazing graphics, story, multiplayer, weapons, etc. If anyone gave this game less that an eight then I'd like to know what kind of glue you've been sniffing. Halo rocks because of its amazing graphics, its awesome gameplay, and because you have never discovered every thing.
One reason that Halo is the best is because of its exquisite graphics. Can you think of another game where you can look down and actually see real detailed grass? Halo has such good detailed graphics that that you can look at other people's guns and see little numbers and stuff. The texture on the characters and scenery are so detailed and realistic that it's like you're playing TV. That and many more things is why Halo's graphics rock.
Another reason that Halo is far beyond ordinary is because of the spectacular gameplay. It is safe to say that no other game has AI players smart enough to duck behind a corner to charge their shield. Or levels big enough to get lost in. Also there are a lot of dare I say, glitches that actually enhance gameplay. Or maybe it is just that the designers felt like making it so you can get to special places at Gulch and Side Winder. Or that you can get the warthog to those unnamed places at Side Winder. Halo sets no boundaries to what you can do. Invisible are practically unexistent and ther is nothing stopping you from getting all the vehicles on top of the base at Gulch. That is just another reason why Halo and Xbox rank Superior.
Yet one more of the many reasons that Halo is tops is that you'll will probably never run out of new things to do and discover. There are lots of things that you can discover new. You can beat the game on four different difficulty levels and the experience will be different every time. Just when you think you have done all there is to do , you discover how to get the Wart hog on top of the world at side winder. That is one more reason Halo cannot be beat.
In conclusion, Halo is like no other because of its excellent graphics, fabulous gameplay, and so many things to discover.
Boy do I feel like a nerd because I just wrote a 5 paragraph essay for no reason. Even my language teacher will probable be scared.

This game is the coolest game ever. I've never got tired of playin the game. The graphics are so awesome i couldnt even believe it. I bought this game when i bought my Xbox beacause i read all the Reviews on it. The multiplayer is just way way way to awesome. If you have this game and have never linked it up with another Xbox and played 4 on 4 or a Free For All then you dont know what you are missing man it is the funnest thing ever! Me and my other 7 friends started playin at like 1:00 PM and did stop till 6:00 AM. I recommend this game to anyone!

HALO HALO HALO!!!!!!!!! this game is the best console game launched since zelda the ocarina of time for n64!! the gameplay is better than any other! the graphics oooo the graphics!! i love to strap on my MJOLNIR armor {refer to the book Halo The Fall Of Reach which is the prequel to learn more.} and pick up a few grenades and a shotgun, and go kick some covenant butt!! Halo 2 is coming out in november.{as far as i know} visit bungee.com to find out that you get a new suit,weapons,enemies,vehicles{i have screenshots of the new BIGGER warthog},terrain and much more. the graphics on Halo2 are supposed to be like REAL!! also they said they will have a multiplayer suprise! i hope it's that you can play campaign mode with 4 people and more! one of my screenshots shows a view of a planet getting "iced" by the covenant in the book, the were covenant "gods" thewy tried to get. that's getting me thinking of a new mission!take those "gods" out baby!! if you have an Xbox and you don't have halo ,it was a waste of about 100-200 dollars from your paycheck.this game is ADDICTIVE!! i could play 24/7 365 if i was aloud. my friends rip[ it up with me too! i am the best sniper out there! i have beaten all my friends at once with 5 sniper rifle bullets,no sheild,2 blocks of health.all in all, halo ,is just a GREAT game! by the way, a nice case of hunter splinter cell and ghost recon are good to top of a day of ridding the universe of covenant! i hoped you liked my review, because i liked expressing my feelings about it!

As soon as i saw the cover it captivated me. Not since half-life did a game become so involved in my life. The sheer thrill of blasting such ferocios enemys like the Covenant and the Flood sends chills down my spine and butterflies in my stomach even though i have completed it on every difficulty. I'm ready to be taken into that sort of world again so keep em coming Bungie. BRING IT ON!!!!!!!!

Halo is and will always be a game to remember. It's just one of those games you never get tired of playing. There is always something new that you learn each time you play. The Multiplayer could use simulants so you can team up with friends against the computer, but other than that the multiplayer is quite intriguing. Me and my friends always hook up all of our xbox's so we can have an all out war. I would recommend to anybody who is buying an xbox to get Halo because if you don't buy it now, when Halo 2 comes out you will be lost on the story. Speaking of which. We are only months away from the New Halo which is said to be untouched. It will show everything xbox has to offer. The graphics are to be almost real and the gameplay will be unbeat. Lets just say that Halo 2 will be like Halo times 3. Well there's my review. If you have any comments on Halo then give me a shout out at my email address

When I first turned on halo i thought its just another fps. But I regret ever thinking that. Halo rocks,I mean what more could you want vechiles, flying vechiles. The sound on halo is brillant. The gameplay makes every other game in the planet dull and thats including Vice. This game will keep you playing forever! I have completed it on legionary theres a nice suprise not telling you no more!!!!!!!!

Halo for Xbox is a complete masterpiece!It is a must have.The action is totally intence,and I havent played a better FPS/action game than this.It controls like a dream and there are awesome vehicles in levels in Halo.The graphics are great and it has cool music and great sound effects.The action can't be beat in Halo along with the multiplayer.The multiplayer in Halo can't be beat as well.There are tons of options for multiplayer matchs,and some of them require thinking.You have to buy Halo.It blows away alot of games.Buy it!

Look! this game is the game that i will remmember it until i die first this game got a very shiny good graphics second,you can finsh the quest with a freind or play aginst each other with 16 people. there are alot of transportation machines cars,tanks,airplanes and hovercrafts they are so cool EX: you can sit on one of the cars and have some body a marine or a another player sit in the back of the car on the mounted gun and BOW =wow! i played it so many damn times i cant stop. every time my cousin comes we play it. third the enemys. there so smart. the story is the best. and your not alone you have marines but wait they are not dumb like the cops you get in halflife they run, talk, drive, or share help in the cars ETC----. you are free in this game and whats so good about it is that it is realistic you cant carry 1000 guns with you like half life. there are alot of guns in this game but you can only carry 2. and if you like music then get it i dont mean rap or some emenem crap i mean real good truth full music it reacts with the game. this game is on sale for more than a year and still the same price im telling you trust me i know you will like it just get it ok?

If you like shotting games then you should play Halo it has everything in it. It has loads of levels so that its not a short game and you u have more then 4 players at a time! You can also control tanks, aircafts etc.....the grapics on the game are really good and so is the game play too. You can alot of fun on it too and you can never ever get bored of the game because its so good.

halo is so fun that every day from school.I like the graphics than any other game ,i love hearing grunts cuss and say some stupid stuff the sound is great. the game play is like your actually in the game. multiplayer is better in halo than in other shooting games. in multiplayer you can change your lifespan up to 200% to 50% i think halo is one of the best games ever made anybody who thinks halo is a bad game they are wrong i love halo so much i can't wait for the 2nd halo to come out.in my words halo is a 10 from a scale of 1 to 10. If halo 1 is like this than halo 2 is even better. the story of the game is completely original. the value of this game is worth 2 to 3 other types of games. I've player games that ain't half as fun as halo some games like bam aren't nearly as fun. Halo is by far the best game of the decade this is what you can get in stock with halo and many more games on halo halo is probally the best game on xbox and any othersystem

Halo, is just in all a great Game. Multiplayer Mode Can improve a little, so can the 1 player. But the real reason i think this game is soooo good is the glitches. blowing vehicles out of leves, getting on top of levels, falling through the ground an much more!Also, Guilty pleasures, my fav. is throwing plasma gernades on grunts, it sounds, and looks, so funny! Halo has great sound and never gets boring.If you ask me, you should go out and get it right now

When I got my xbox I played this game first and I could not believe the realism of the fighting with the cries of pain and chatter of assault rifles. This game has to be the best reason to get speakers because you are completely drawn into the game.The controls are simple and the gameplay is slick.With every mission atleast 20 minutes and 10 challenging levels this'll last me an age. The multiplayer is great especially the wicked co-op. This is very origanal with an amazing story line.I think everyone should get this game, but be warned you'll play it so much your health will die out.

This has been one of the worst game I have ever played. All you do is kill, and there is no challenge what so ever. It is as boring as watch paint dry in a bath tub full of water. And believe me, its not fun. Multiplayer is so vast and unentertaining. The Librain? What kind of villian is that? Some stupid blue ball flying around going crazy because the game never ends? The only good thing that gives this game a one-star is pulling stunts in vechiles. This game is redundant as
knock-knock jokes. Knock-knock, whose there, THIS GAME SUCKS, this game sucks who, THIS GAME SUCKS THE LIFE OUT OF ME BECAUSE IT IS SO BORING!!! I'm going to play Pikmin on my gamecube now.

For ever i have been part of Sony Playstation, but when Halo came out on XBox, I got one just for it. It is the best FPS I have ever played mixing intriguing gameplay with high quality graphics and soundto add to its already great originality. With multiple levels and guns (although there could have been a larger selection) both single and multi players versions are fun. The only reason anybody couldn't like this game is that they suck too bad. This is the best game for XBox currently on the market.
