When i first played Halo I couldn't stop playing it! the graphics and game play, not to mention the story line made me explode with exitement. it really is better than any game i have played. even better than splinter cell, ghost recon, half life, and any other game i can think of. i cant wait until halo 2 comes out! i will get it the second it comes out and play it all day and night until i beat it. i thought how could something get even better than halo?...well, its obvious...HALO 2!!! i am so exited and also very good on halo...my uncle is also a bata tester on halo 2 (a bata tester is a person that playes a game to check for bugs)..halo is so good i could almost cry!!!!! some day i might be a creator of halo 3 or even halo 4!!

now i havn't got halo. (i aint even got an x box!) but i still know what a great game it is. my mate rang me one day and said "luke, i got a dead scary alien game, come and have a look!" so i did. i was instantly hooked. we've completed it on multiplayer on every difficulty. some levels are a bit scary, (but that only adds to the atmosphere.) the music is great and it is so realistic how the marines talk and all have different accents. shooting aliens in a dark tunnel while little brain things (the flood) jump at you. the only non realistic thing is you are able to drive underwater. (weird.)the guns rule although there could be more variety and the aliens look a bit like toys but apart from that this is truly a game to be proud of.

I am not going to brag like most people do about this game, but this is such a great game. The A.I is so danm smart they will power up on you if you dont act quick enough. If you shot at the Elites (aliens) they will turn back recharge and then come back full speed firering.T hat is jusy one of the Aliens if 5-6 of them come at one time and all you have is a grenade and no ammo, then you just better prey that you hit them in the back of the head with your gun and throw that gernade anh run and dont stop running. So i give it an eight because its too danm short and not enough guns there is only 8 guns when there was about 15 when first made,but they changed it so, you would have to think what gun to use in certain places.

Never in the history of games has their been a console game emersed in such intense 3d graphics. The detailed gameplay is so rich that the only thing more realistic is to be in actual battle.
The sound is so crisp and clear you turn to look behind you. The only reason I rated the game a nine was because their were no bots, or AI to play against in multiplayer mode. It will be interesting to see the bar raised for first-person shooters. Unreal Championship must enrich its graphics and gameplay if it wants to stay in the race. It will also be interesting to see what Quake will accomplish. I suspect alot of wanna-be shooters are going to pop-out. However, most will not survive because of gameplay.

I loved the game! The first time I heard of Halo I said "Just another stupid game. Project Gotham Racing is probably better" But once I went to my friend's house and played it, I couldn't keep my self of it! It's not been to easy for me to get to play it because i have some stupid rule in my house, no playing games on the weekdays, only weekends, And I dont own the game yet. I spent most of my money on the XBox it self. $300.00. So when I rented the game on the first day I beat the game. The Graphics were (to me 9.4 of 10). The game Bettteerr!! have a sequal game to it. it would have to! It's the best game ever made! (yet, of course)

I'll start off by saying I had a PS2 and GTA 3, and I thought they were the best combo ever. I bought an Xbox for Christmas last year and Halo, and was blown away by how addictive the gameplay was. I ended up beating the game in roughly 4 months, but come back to play it mainly for the multiplayer. Now I know most people see downfall in the multiplayer of halo because the options have nothing on PD. BUT understand I live with 7 other people, we play system link Halo, GTA 3 has nothing on 16 player halo. When Xbox live is released in a week, all you people who have gaystation 2 should sell it and convert to halo and buy xbox live so you can experience the power of X

This game is easilly one of the best first person shooter games. The graphics are so realistic, the guns are great and the story line is well thought trought. The only thing that got boring to me was multi player (against each other). It is fun for a couple days, then it gets kinda broing. But besides that the game is Execlente...I love how your able to do multi player campagin. For instnace i love 007 Agent under Fire, for Playstation 2 but you cant to mulit player missions. I love multi player missions because i love playing with my friends but when you get bored of playing against each other your able to play with each other. SO OVERALL THIS GAME IS EXECELLENT. O

This has been one of the worst game I have ever played. All you do is kill, and there is no challenge what so ever. It is as boring as watch paint dry in a bath tub full of water. And believe me, its not fun. Multiplayer is so vast and unentertaining. The Librain? What kind of villian is that? Some stupid blue ball flying around going crazy because the game never ends? The only good thing that gives this game a one-star is pulling stunts in vechiles. This game is redundant as
knock-knock jokes. Knock-knock, whose there, THIS GAME SUCKS, this game sucks who, THIS GAME SUCKS THE LIFE OUT OF ME BECAUSE IT IS SO BORING!!! I'm going to play Pikmin on my gamecube now.

Anyone that likes action/ scifi games will agree that this game is above all others. If you are smart and bought an Xbox you were probly smart enough to by this game! If you are still in the dark or going to by an xbox halo should be your first #1 game. This game called game of the year by many respectable magazines lives up to its reputation. I give it a ten for graphics; a ten for its dolby sound; a ten for gameplay; a ten for controls; and a ten for fun factor. This game will never bore you. You'll always come back for more. and also coming in a couple of months is halo 2. So if you already beat the game and saw both endings you'll be dying for the next game.

The first few days it was great then I had sooo much trouble playing Movies there was all kinds of little bugs in it it was ugly and hard to get to work. IT was good when it worked half the time. I tried taking it back but the store told me to call SONY. Sony said"you have to send it in for repairs" I ask "how much?" 116.00 bucks when it was 1 month old?. . .whats with that I bought an Xbox I have had it for a month works when I want it to. I just beat Splinter Cell and I think Xbox is far far better than the PS2 (with a lousy hard drive,no Modem, and just ugly looking)I like XBOX better becuase it just plain old works and its great no complaints here

HALO is the best FPS ever made. What other game has seamless transitions from foot to vehicle? And for those who think that it doesn't have enough vehicles need to think a litle. What other FPS has a tank, ATV, a hovering thing and a flying thing? The graphics kick < remove me > at $$ also, no other game can beat it. The aliens put up a good fight unlike other games where they go down in acouple of shots. Also, they have an awsome AI. The plot i great and intriguing with twists that you wouldn't expect. This game has raised the bar foe FPS games and they will only get better. The only reason I got XBOX was because of HALO but eventually more great games came out.

This game includes all of the elements needed for an action/adventure game. One of the best parts of this game is the plot, the plot is very interesting and is easy to understand. This is the best plot I have ever seen in a video game. Mix the plot and the awsome graphics together and you have HALO, the best game ever. You can also play co-op halo and beat the game with a friend or you can play 16 player multiplayer. I have only played 8 player halo and it was all I wanted to do that weekend. This is the game that makes the XBOX worth getting. Get this game and get eye drops because you'll be playing so much you will get bloodshot eyes.

I've played through the game on normal difficulty and its a great game, but why should I spend over half of the game indoor when the graphics is sooo beatiful? and the rooms inside are almost the same that was really boring. Coop is even more fun! Cover each other while we blast those alien scums to hell! Multiplayer is great too Can't help loving to snipe my buddies..hehe. But here aswell, only 2 good levels outdoor, the rest is crappy levels indoor. My bottom line is that u have to buy halo if u decide to buy a xbox. It's one of the greatest game I've ever played even though it could have been better...

I and many of my friends believe that Halo is the best thing to happen.I mean look at the graphics,storyline,sound etc. It's just a very fun game! The graphics are awsome,the weapons are off the hook,and the story is just plain interesting. How the heck can someone say something negative about it? As I read some of the reviews,they said that it dragges out to much and that it gets you to hyped up. But to me that's the whole fun of the game. If it all ended in one game and didn't want you to wonder what's going to happen next it wouldn't be fun! Whoever doesn't really appreciate Halo isn't a true gamer!

Im very disappointed in Microsoft...Why didnt they make brilliant games like this before! I thought they had no talent what so ever in video games! Halo is worth buying the xbox alone for. I seen all the hype about Halo and it was a natural choice of a first game to get. And so I did.. And I was immediatly hooked on halo. Killer graphics, multiplayer mode is awesome! (me and some friends had a big 16 player tournament with the system link). I love the 2 player campaing. Me and a friend beat legendary with 2 player campaign. This game is definatly, the greatest first person shooter ever made!

When I got my xbox I played this game first and I could not believe the realism of the fighting with the cries of pain and chatter of assault rifles. This game has to be the best reason to get speakers because you are completely drawn into the game.The controls are simple and the gameplay is slick.With every mission atleast 20 minutes and 10 challenging levels this'll last me an age. The multiplayer is great especially the wicked co-op. This is very origanal with an amazing story line.I think everyone should get this game, but be warned you'll play it so much your health will die out.

Halo is still the best game on X-Box. I still think there are some problems with it. I thought that it was really easy to get lost. I also thought that the remoting is very hard for a person that just made a switch from a PS2 to an X-box. The graphics are good but I think they could be a bit better. I like piloting the tanks and thing like that which make the game a lot cooler. Multiplayer is fun cause all the people that can play. The guns are sweet but I keep finding the same ones... I would not recomend buying Halo. The game is only fun when you can have 16 people playing together.

If you are thinking about getting an XBOX, i would do so for this game, its one of the best games i have ever played, it looks like doom and all the rest of the shoot'em up games, but boy it knocks all the others out of the water. Great Graphics, great sound, gameplay is off the charts and you can keep yourself on this game for hours on end!!!!
I would just get an XBOX for this game its that bloody good. Multi-player is even better battling your mates or use them to your advantage against the aliens, top game and i rate it right at the top with all the other greats out there.......

I Really have no review about the game because i havent passed it all because im stuck on the snowy level so im looking some codes or stragegy guides or some tips on how to pass the level, oh ya the graphics, sounds, lifespan, fun factor & originality, on a fun factor scale 1-10 I would give it a 10 because i like to play multiplayer with like 15 other friends because we connect our x-boxes together then we make a team war red against blue 8 vs 8 or it 4 vs 12 my favorite guns are sniper and needler so basicly as long as im stuck on the snowy level i just play multi player.
