This is a really fun although short game. |
| Daniel Shoemaker from Quebec- Canada says (21/Apr/2003): |
Although this game takes around one to two weeks to beat, it is a very fun and sometimes fustrating game. The recycler were you can toss sligs, interms and even your freinds is funny. I like the way you can posses a slig and cause two sligs to get into a conflict, were eventually one of the sligs ends up dead! Munch's Zap weapon is very cool!!

A much needed change to the Oddworld series |
| Louis Panero from Southampton, England says (26/Dec/2002): |
Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee is a much needed change to the Oddworld games. The new 3D look and having health beat '2D and insta-kill' any day. I also like all the new characters and Munch has to be one of the funniest heros so far. I recommend this to anyone who loves Oddworld or is into humorous, adventurous, action packed platform game.

Better than it may seem |
| fallen_september from Montréal, Qc, Canada says (22/Nov/2002): |
At first glance, I didn't expect much of a game. I thought it would be more of a game for a younger audience. But from the start, you'll realise that it contains humor that ony mature audiences will understand. And it contains a LOT of this humor, prepare for teary-eyes! The graphics are beautifully set-up, definetly one of the best looking games for the X Box so far. And there are so many stages for you to complete! Call in sick for a few weeks, this game won't be over by this weekend! The only flaw with this game would be the spazmatic, erratic control scheme. Your characters run around like speed freaks, and just wait until you reach a caffeine drink dispenser...yikes. But once you get used to Abe and Munch's bodies, you'll be having fun playing their game. As in other Oddworld games, you'll have to release prisoners and slaves, all while trying to overthrow the corrupt tyrants who rule corporations over Oddworld. Join the revolution!

Very Fun |
| A gamer from New Orleans, L.A. USA says (3/Jun/2002): |
Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee is one of the best games for X-Box yet. The graphics are really good such as the odd world peoples(Mudokons) skin textures. The stroy line is well put together. I like the fast that when you poseses enimies with Abe, u can can make them pull a switch, fight, or just blow up and die to get them out of the way. This game has a good amount of humor in it. If u try and tellt he Mudokons to work sometimes u will fart. Also, if u try and talk with the oracle guy in the middle circle he will yell at u. There are a lot of other funny things too. I also like that the levels are in different areas half of the time (example) if you were in the forest one part and you beat it you would go into a different part of the forest. One of the only bad things in the game is when you have to fight because you have to click the left stick to punch. Overall, this game has good controls and is an awesome game.

Munch is what this series needed. |
| A gamer from Arizona says (6/Apr/2002): |
Munch is the fun I was looking for in the oddworld games and never found until now. The xbox graphics are great as always. The sounds the caraters make are funny and entertaining. I like everything about the game except that when you die and the other character is not involved on the level; the game resets you back to far. So if you just came through a tuff part,...guess what,...you get to do it again! But overlooking that, I like that newness each level brings. You never know what is coming around the next corner.
