Well come on wheres rvd or brock lesnar.....?????and it needs more moves. The other wrestlers get right up after like the last ride or stunner. im not kidding i did the last ride like twelve times and i couldnt pin. wish this game had commentary and the steel chairs should hurt someone. i wish u could make a tag team that the two ppl come out if they have the same music. the music in the background is very stupid, the crowd.... u dont hear it unless you taunt or a big move. Other types of matches like cage, elimination chamber, 4 man tage, 3 man tag etc. WWE should of made this game much better.

yo this game isint suck and i know its bad realism but i really like it and i play it with my fried like 2v1 and enemy is robot or 2 v 1(my friend is against robot and im justice).its cool and anchor is working on WWE Raw 2 and thats cool.Coll grapfics,Season like suprise atack,managers,manipulate,break out and etc.like gangster lol.the game is cool if u find fun and i really dont care if smackdown of PS2 is better i mean THE QUALITY DOSENT TELL IF GAME IS GOOD.only cause ur friend says "oh this smackdown is cool" it dosent mean that u shouldnt play bit "lower" game like WWF Raw.Play with friend as King of hill and exhabition and u can tru find fun from game as i did.If u lucky u can play 2v2 human that is COOL.

I am very upset about raw. I have had it for nearly two years and I still cant see why I bought it. The WWE and THQ usually make awsome games but Anchor Screwed everything up badly. YES THE GRAPHICS WERE PHENOMINAL. But...Thats about it. Sure Fred Durst in the game was cool, but Still a very empty game. hardcore macthes were boring because of poor realisim, Not a pint of blood is shed and Why cant I climb the latter? the cheer meter is what I think killed the game completely. you can't Use a move more than twice without the crowd booing at you and giving your enemy more and more energy, Even after you pile drive him right on the head 10 times in a row. It just makes everything more frustrating and un-fun. This game has barely any modes except the usual and the music is absolutely annoying and you cant turn it off without taking the sound off the amazing enterances. Overall, I think this game needs some change, badly I dont care If you are a fanboy or just a regular Joe, You wont be nearly as satisfied as the gamer playing smackdown. I love my xbox, but I just dont know why It isnt as full and as fast paced as smackdown for playstation 2. I dont think anchor will be working with THQ and the WWE anymore. I hope the second is much better

This sad excuse of a wrestling game is by far one of the worst games to ever come out for any game system! What were they thinking? It is the biggest flop since WCW nitro! The graphics and gameplay is so lousy you get sick of it pretty fast. The
rotten controllers make the Xbox games appear worst than they are, but this one Is in a class by itself! I hope no one falls for the trap and buys this one. If you are smart, and I am sure you are, you will avoid this one! If you want to give it a try
to find out about it,then rent it. I am confident you will give this one one star too!

The Create a wrestler part is Awesome but if they had a feature where they taught the computer to say the Nicknames and more clothing items LIKE FINGER GLOVES ilooked and looked but couldnt find finger Gloves! the entrances are perfect but you need more Pyro and light options I mean I know how hard lights can be to Create but people Still...I hope they make a WWE raw with All the Popular Wrestlers like Lesnar Hurricane, Flair, forget Orton peeps hate him...,booker T, all the new people

I liked the game cause the graphics are owesome.I dislike the game for many reasons. They should have had a season mode on raw.It needs special matches like tlc, cage match, etc. when you do your finishing move the opponent gets right back up. A vertical suplex works better than a pedigree.What is up with the cheat menu? they need better wrestlers like goldberg, scott steiner, ric flair, brock lesnar... I could go on all day. I do like the game cause the entrances are so realistic. you cant even go backstage on that game. the should have the king and jr on that game ounnouncing it as it goes along. there should be more weapons and do alot of damage like in real life. I think WWF Smackdown!2 is better than this game,storymode and match type wise,because there is just more to do on WWF SMACKDOWN!2. There should be a royal rumble on raw also. The creators shouls have spent more time on this game then it would be the best wrestling game ever.the best thing about this game is the graphics. the worst thing about this game is not having a story mode. And why dont they have tag team championship belts? Me and my friend wanted to go for tag team gold and there was no tag team belts.

dear computaters, this game has satisfied me since playstation1 smackdown wwf.on this new game there is horrible views,but it has better details, weapons, and cooler items for created superstars.the game could be better, but it is great and im reccomending it to others.on create a superstar, you can even choose your character's voice!!the graphics are awesome and you can break the orginal weapon into 2 broken weapons.this game is original,real original!the game is fun and exciting.rates: fun:9 originality:8 challenging:6 i think its worth the money!you can even attack wrestlers during their enterance.oh yeah, i almost forgot you can even make your own enterance with colored lights,fog,and even different fireworks!you can also break open boxes to get new weapons!the sound is amazing!i couldnt believe it when i bought it.the characters look just like the original people.you can choose allys and enemys too.personally,if i could have only 3 games this year, it would be on my wish-list.many wrestling games wish to be this good,i cant explain how good this game is!!!just because it is teen dont let your parents take away this oppertunity to get such a great game.

I have to admit this game is not the best. I have played better on playstation 2, such as smackdown shut your mouth. That game has good graphics. But raw doesn't have any good superstars and any good matches. This said I can't wait until raw 2 comes out to see how much better they actually did.

The sound is really cool. Its so realistic. It has lots of new factors like songfor example christians has his opera. Its really fun to play. I can't wait till wwe raw2

it was really good! but you can hardly do anything with the game. i mean what the hell were they thinking when jeff hardys swanton bomb was uneffective.also you cant climb ladders, go backstage, or even beat up j.r and the king. Worst of all you cant change up the superstars in edit mode. but the entrences kick ass.

Over all this game lacks everything from easy playability to a sensless stroy mode. To perform a simple clothsline should be one button, however i found my self pressing a series of button combos, in which time the oppenent had his way w/ my wrestler. C.A.W. mode was partially ripped from smack down series, and they didnt even get that right! Limited options and lack of move sets made this game a real dissapointment. Thank the good Lord that RAW2 has been re-worked and the controls have been tweaked and the C.A.W. mode has been completely rehashed. If you own RAW, put it to some good use, as a coaster for drinks! The trade-in value of this game doesn't even cover the cost of a box of kleenex to wipe away the tears upon thinking how much money I wasted on this title. As a result of this, I am now a firm believer in renting b4 i buy, just b/c a game looks sharp and contrast, doesn't always mean it is. Pro-wrestling for the regular nintendo was better than this title(well for playability pro wrestling was easier). So untill RAW2 is availible I'll sit back and play Jurassic Park 'operation genesis' or even that awful smakcdown shut your mouth title for the ps2.

This game has awsome graphics, crazy moves and kool wrestlers, but the game is to slow and it needs more matches! e.g. table matches, hell in a cell, cage, ladder, tlc (table lader chairs) and coffin matches. It also needs more wrestlers to unlock and tag team belts should be available. I enjoy playing it, but easily get bored with the lack of matches.

The smackdown series is way better because the games are a lot faster and you can do the moves a lot easier and there is a story mode and there is more matches to choose from. WWF Raw is a very slow game compared to smackdown. There are a few good moves of raw though. I hate the way you have to win any title. You should need to win lots of matches to win a title. It`s sad. Every time you grab hold of computer they push you away. It `s a game that most people shouldn`t really play but if you like it it`s up to you.

ok all you people who said this game rock and is better than sd4sym and wmx8 don't know what your talkin about. raw has very limited match options big whoop on the intros other it suxs plain and simple. The wrestlers on raw can't even be compared to the wrestlers on wmx8 not even by a long shot. WMx8 makes raw look like crap. Wmx8b has more match options better roster killer intros out of this graphics and excellent sound and raw is exactly the opposite it suxs. all you wasted your money and said is great well that just pitful. Xbox in general is a big dissappointment it can't even be compared to ps2 and gamecube.

I thought it was a good game.But i have looked on some cheats and it says the cheat menu.I dont know where that is.I also want to get rvd and it said to type mrppv.But i dont know where the cheat menu is.But overall it is a good game.but it is kinda hard to do moves.Also thy dont have great maches like hell in the cell or tlc.The graphics are good.Plese somebody help me winth the cheat mena at least one person help me.

Im from Australia and this game came out 8 months after it did in America. The only reson i got an Xbox was to get WWE Raw. Its all right but it doesnt have good matches like TLC or Hell In A Cell etc.and you cant go backstage. The roster is alittle bit out of date i mean wheres RVD,BookerT,The Hurricane and other people that came in last years Invasion.the graphics were mad as was the Create a Superstar.The game music was S**thouse and why didnt they have commentators like JR and King talking at ringside instead of the crap music. Fred Durst looks like a poof on it with his long shirt.You should be able to unlock more people,matches and things. You cant even win the tag titles on the game. the only reason i even bought an x-box is because of wwf raw. and the game sux. the first smackdown for playstaion was better. they dont even have a decent story mode. they what 3 different types of matches. the graphics are the only good thing about it was the graphics. the wrestlers run like sombody shoved a road flare up their < remove me > at $$. i mean cmon. it could have been a lot better.

WWE Raw could be better. I have the two version of this game, the X Box & the PC and both suck!!.. I mean the Intros and Titan trons are G.R.E.A.T, but it's very difficult control the characters. And to be a 2002 WWE Video Game the roster is too old, I mean where the hell are Lance Storm, or R-V-M'F_V- or the Booker Man. You have insted K-Kwick, the McMahon's Clan, Steve Blackman, Tazz. X-cuse me but this roster SUX! I prefer put down my X-Box and Play Smackdown 2 (Cuz' SMD3 Just Bring it Sux too!).. and wait to the launch of Smackdown Shut your Mouth!!..
