Having played this game it was awesome right from the start. The game gave you time to get use to the controls and even had it all laid out for you if you needed "special" attention. The only problem I had with the game were a couple small things. First, I accidentally chose to go back to visit the Jedi only to find out that I get captured and the planet is destroyed. Oops... the game froze like a champ after you escape because you have no planet to go back too. Second, once you are on the path of the dark side, (Like before I ever left the first World) You have to go through the darn thing playing off like you are a good guy. I say "heck with that", if you want to be bad, be bad and just kick some tail and leave the rest up to someone else. But I can live... the biggest thing that just made me mad was the final level cap. No matter what you do, who you kill, how much XP you gain you are done once you hit level 20. That sucks! However, I would soooo love to see this continued in a second game where you can just pick up from where you left off. Being Light or Dark and just roll with it.
OH... and what's the deal with finally getting Revan's Armor right at the last possible moment and not being able to really use it save for like 15 minutes of the darn last epic battles??? That's just Wrong! Otherwise this game totally hits my 'A' list.

That is all i have to say about this game becuz it is amazing. I dunno some people donht like the fighting but i think its new and AWESOME. You can see what is going on .... and if ur new u can pause and do actions in order. Plus the variety and detail is amazing becuz each planet offers somthing new 4 equipment or race of people.I love star wars in general and the only other star wars game i liked was shadows of the empire for N64 and we all know that was years ago. Now the only thing i am waiting for is the new content download for xbox live. Beucz new levels people weapons equipment storylines storytwists will be awesome.

I started playing the game and i hated it...i thought here we go with another dissappointing, waste of money game. But after about an hour or two i was hooked. Now i havent slept in about 4 days, my girlfriend hates me and im probably gonna get fired but i dont care...im addicted. Im not even a big stars wars or RPG fan...I just bought the game because it had good reviews. As for graphics, i think theyre great except for all the secondary characters looking the same. It hasnt froze on me completely yet but it almost did a couple times, its probably just from running my xbox for so long though. Overall great game, its definitly worth it and about time that something came out at the same level as halo.

When i first tryed this game it was awsome you get to pick ur own guy or girl and u get to choose if u want to be a scout or a warrior but when u do all the easy stuff it gets really hard like i just lost one of my guys he ran off and now i am lost, well not really but i cant find out where to go. So what i am saying dont waste ur money rent it then u will see its not to good!!!!!!!!!

Ok, at first I wasn't hooked on the battle system, but then when I became a Jedi, and had force powers, that was much better. I hear you are all paying $99 for the game, that is odd, because I paid $60 for it. NO joke either. The game is awesome, and the characters are cool, especially Bastila, I took her duel bladed lightsaber and gave her mine, that was fun. You are a veritable killing machine! The graphics were good, the gameplay was good, over all the game rocked! I had no problems with the game (yet) and I have finished it twice. I am not a RPG fan, but my friend got it and lent it to me and I was hooked, i ran out and got my self a copy. You should all get this game!

I am a really tough gamer to please. So far the Xbox has featured stinker after stinker with the notable exception of Halo. If you do not own an Xbox because of Halo, or the coming Halo 2, buy one for KOTOR. The story is deep, the choices you make have an actual effect, and guess what.... you don't have to read, well... much and to top that off the voice acting is surprisingly good. The combat is a combination of real time and turn based that works better than you would think. The pause button is a perfect addition that pulls it all together. Pause the game load up all of your party with commands then unpause and watch it all unfold. Well done, but the force has some balance. The graphics while good are not perfect.. some of the characters are a little block like, I have logged 70+ hours of gameplay and have run into a few problems, 2 times the game froze between loads and once the screen went black. The black screen only lasted until I went into the next area and I could still access the menus to guide myself with the map. The freeze of course required a restart and a loss of data after my last save. The good however totally outweighs th bad this game has everything... choices, combat, puzzles, story, everything a good RPG needs in order to be a great RPG. Renting first is never a bad choice, but in this case you would not go wrong with buying it unplayed.

Quite simply the best star wars came yet. The graphics, the gameplay, you name it this game has got it. I've beaten it both ways and still there is side plots that I never got to. Just the fact that you can determine the outcome in many different ways is incredible. I forsee more games like this in the future (hopefully)..

Ok Knights has got to be one of the best games I have ever played. I love the fact that it is set 4000 years before the Empire. Something to my knoledge has not been done. The graphics where kicking considering how long it takes to beat it, or even without the considering. (laughs) I loved the game play the way that its based on turn base rules but you don't hardly really notice it. The way the game blockes and doges on its own rocks. Oooh and the way that you can just sit back and not have to read everything that someone says. Just listening is so frelling cool. I have been waiting for that. I preordered it like over a year before it even came out and was so scared that it would not be worth the wait, I have experienced that before and it blows, but not Knights. I put it in fired it up and form the first note of the original music to the to the rocking background fighting i new that they had finlly put out a game worth buying.

The story is a bunch of junk just like every other game safe some chick.That is kinda ok cause there are bigger flaws.Like the fighting,who whants to just sit there and watch the dude just fight.You can't really help him.Run,Run,Run, give me like one of those space cruisers or something.Camera angles could be better.All I ever see is a buch of damn circles.One thing i like about it is that you can be any one in your party just by pressing a button.Rent just to try you will think it sucks then it gets better then it is all downhill.

I must say that this is undoubtedly One of the most in-depth and detail-oriented Star Wars games I have ever played. The only real problem with this game is the Graphics, they seem to be more on par with PS2 than a powerhouse like Xbox. I like the game because it is an incredible show of just what Bioware can do with Star Wars. This game is, unlike most Star Wars games that fall into the main story line, a completly different venture. It dabbles into the mysterious beginnings of Star Wars, something no other game I know of has yet done. The sounds of the game are awesome, and the smooth transition from stage to stage is great! I give it a solid reccomendation. A word to the wise however, this game is impossibly addicting, so if you WANT to spend those long, 14 hour summer days at your Xbox, Killing Dark Jedi and getting immersed in it's rich and detailed gameplay, this game is for you. This is my Holy Grail of Star Wars, Well worth the 50 bucks

All aspects of the game rocked, it could have been longer and the game should let you be a sith longer and then you could order troops and stuff and be cooler and rule the universe!!!!HA HA HA!!!!!!!!!!! Otherwise it was a verry great game. Good plot and graphics and great music cool characters but should have hade more characters to choose from for your party. I already beat it but if i didn't or i would buy it.

Like everyone else has said, the running around part is a drag. The plot, storyline choices, reaction choices, weapons, and the fact of the awesome twist in the game will make you want to save and then try the scenario over differently. I have logged over 40 hours on the game in less than 3 days. The best thing about the game is the fact that so much of the storyline is based on your leaning to the light or dark side. You get different answers for being more dark or more light. My favorite skill is the force domination. That brings me so many laughs, well that and the HK-47 "You Meatbag!!" A definite must buy!!!

Ok for people who love RPGs this game is for you. fairly good gameplay... SEVERLY ADDICTING! and is hard even on easy it was still hard. And choosing your own side is crap i mean you can do good or evil things but it doesnt really matter it just a question you ask. With the commercial I was really excited about getting this game but its not worth 50 bucks.. 30 maybe. The gameplay is alright but it was like Final Fantasy, i was hoping for kingdom hearts style the force powers graphics ok like Storm thats awesome but IT HAS NO MULTIPLAYER unlike jedi outcast i think that is what a game should have. It was fun...LOT OF RUNNING! but you should rent it maybe twice because it takes awile too beat.

This is by far the best XBox game yet (excluding Halo hehe). From the graphics to the interesting battle mode the game is the complete package, not to mention it is a cool story too. I've beat the game once already as a dark jedi and now I'm beating it again as a light jedi. Must have game for all RPG fans and star wars fans.

Yes I do this game is wonderful Im telling you I like it more than any kind of finalfantasy and is even better than morrowind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you have to buy your own stuff and your words can change THE GAME!!!!!!! for example some times if you kill some body or make him live might change the story. you can also go on swoop racing it took me 7 days playing 10-6 hours a day. once i did not sleep playing this game its soooooooooo damn long its worth your money !!!!! and you can buy armor,gloves,sowrds,guns etc........... you have the ability to travel to5 different planets each got differnt people,enemys climate. belive it or not this game is worth buying for $100 dont weast your time renting it BUY THE DAMN GAME!!!!!!!!!

Graphics are not what I expected them to be but overall gameplay,story and sound was remarkable...Game is a dream come true for Star Wars fans but...The glitches like the Carth glitch are unbearable...Saving often might not help some players...I had to start over myself because of some issues...would have givin this game a 10 had it not been for the problems...Have been a Star Wars fan all my life,and even with these graphics this game sure beats the hell out of Baulder's Gate...

Ok I just got this game and IT ROCKS!!! Story = EXCELLENT Graphics are a bit shabby HARDLY NOTICABLE especially if you don't look for that in a game. Gameplay Rocks on all levels I love how it freezes before the fights and the battle animations are sweet. Okay now the downs you run around alot I MEAN ALOT I just wish they would have implemented a speeder bike or something but it's ok you get used to it. Besides that story and everything else is great you need to OWN THIS GAME!!!!!

I had been waiting for this game for a long time. I can not tell you how happy I was when I got it.I played a total of 20 hours the first 3 days and still have more to go. I have almost beeten the game. If you are looking for an adventure RPG you will love this game. TRUST ME. You can not imagine how good this game is. Get ready for a long gameplay in a galaxy far, far, away

This game will controll your life it will take your soul! First of let it be known yes this game does have it's faults. This game starts of kinda slow with pretty much nothing really great at first. Give it an hour of play first and then you will be hooked! And once you save the jedi bastilla you will not want to stop playing. You then proceed to become a jedi and start hunting for the star maps. Becoming a jedi is great!Building your lightsaber is great! I only wish you could choose your own design for your blade giving it a more personal feel to it. Be prepaired there is a lot of walking and they should have made it were you can buy a speeder to drive around in but oh well. Once you become a Jedi just make sure to choose force run,Then you can just speed around every where. The game allso tends to freeze here and there just save a lot and you will be fine not to mention if it does freeze just hit the disk eject button and most times it will start of were you were no lost stuff or anything(THE FREEZES USALLY HAPPEN DURING THE GAMES MOVIES NOT DURING GAMEPLAY)
And for those of you who do not like role playing games or starwars, four of my friend said they did not really want to try it but I brought it up for they can play hellped them out a bit and within an hour every one of them was like OH MY GOD THIS GAME ROCKS! And these are non role playing people.
So have fun playing and tell you girlfriend your leaving town becose you will be forever trapped within this game.
One last thing beware OF THE DARK SIDE STRONG IT IS!

Im not really into many rpg's but when i rented this i had to go get it the next day.The gameplay is awsome in my oppion the only problem i've had a few frezze ups in movie cinematics but other then that its great.(the freeze ups arnt a problem just save a lot)
