I love the game. The only problem is that the blocks can sometimes get unrealistic. I mean I have had a 6 foot defender block a 6'8'' guys shot 3 times in a row. Helps when u are on D but hurts when they block u. Freestyle control is sick. Another thing how come you can hardly find players in the draft that come from a good school. They always come from places like Colgate or Pacific. But that is one of my favorite parts.(franchise Mode)How come u can't change players headbands or shoes. But overall keep making Live the best B-Ball game around.I've been loyal since live 95. 2K3 and Shootout sucks.

I love this game for xbox the graphics are smooth and realistic. the bad things are the sound effects when someone dunks, and it seems like there isnt enough dunks, like they should have different dunks for different situations. The block shots are unrealistic. I like the fact you can actually block a dunk. They need more vareity in the create a player option also. And what happened to the create a team option thats why I fell in love with NBA LIVE. Overall its a fun game. Sometimes the players dunk too much. and they need to take the reverse jam off the game who does that dunk anymore?

U people r fn homos. NBA live is for little girls like my sister. but hey i liked the game lots. it was the bestbball game ever made other then NBA street vol.2. well i hope everyone in the world will get to luv the game like i do. so keep it reel homes!!!!!!!!!

why cant we get this stuff: why is reggie miller the only player with two different color wristbands. how come when i make a guy i cant put reggies wristbands on my dude. and why do yall have sorry tattoos why cant i have iversons tattoos. and why is it that busta rhymes is the only player with really long braids why cant i have that long of braids or why cant i get a design like iversons braids, why do all these people have special stuff that i cant get.you need to let us get this stuff on the next game to make it better.

This game is great it could use some better detail.Kobe's shoes are grey what is up with that.Shaq's are blue,yellow,and white.Other than that the game is great.In Live 2004 i hope they do a half-time show like the cheerleaders come out an dance.There way to many steals in the game.In Live 2004 i hopw they have Yao Ming in there.When yuo win the championship that is awesome do not change that EA Sports.

ONE WORD ADDICTIVE!!! There are some people out there that are knocking Xbox and this game. The team stratgy and the alley oops makes this game fun. Not to mention TAKING A CHaRGE!! How tight is that the LAkers kick butt. The cheats that are availble are great. Go pick it up you will not be disappointed! Even my wife likes the game. The reality of the game could use some improvement. Every time Kobe gets his hand on the ball he is unstopable great if you are playing as him but hell if you are defending him. They also could work on the up close to basket blocked shots. GO BUY IT!

EA Sports, this is a great game, but it could use some help. One thing i really missed (which was there in 2002) was the shoes. I mean c'mon, Kobe has gray ones in 2003, instead of the yellows. Iverson doesnt wear his shoes, and neither does VC, Mashburn, Dirk or Nash, Fisher, Pip, MJ, or even Mighty Mouse. Create-a-Player is nice. But Create-a-Team... none. 1 on 1 tournament... none. 3 point contest or slam dunk contest... none. And one last thing sucks. Blocked shots. They fly like half-way down the court. But if your lookin for a great b-ball game, go pick this up.
P.S. wheres Yao?????

Oh my GOD!! Where do I start...? Ok, I was at my friends house and he was playin somethin on his XBOX. A little later he was like,"wanna play basketball?" I looked at him like he was CRAZY. I dont like video games at all. There noisy and annoying. But this time I said ok. I didnt know how to play and he offered to teach me so that was cool. The first game he got the BULLS and I got the Sixers. It was a little hard at first 'cause Im a female and my hands are small. The XBOX has a awkward shaped controller. Anyway, we went through what the funtions of the buttons were and I kinda got the hang of it. I learned that Iverson is not a good long range shooter and that little joystick on the right is kinda cool with the crossovers. Of course I lost(I scored 71 points!!) but it wasnt because I wasnt any good it was because I was looking at the game. The people actually look like people and I could tell who the players were. The sound effects were kinda lame but thats not important and shooting a free-throw is easier than it looks. The second game I was kickin his ass. He had Memphis and I got the Nets. Jason Kidd IS THE MAN! All my friend could say was,"You got betta." He was letting me win a little too long 'cause in the end of the 4th quarter he was too far behind. I was blockin shots and stealin the ball all over the place. I beat him 86-83!!

This Game Is RAW B-Ball Game Play, tha freestyle makes it even better, tha graphics are crazy. The dunks are mind-blowin, and tha sound effects make it even better. My only complaints are the details in the players facial looks, they're not very accurate. I also wish i could find a guide for all the freestyle possibilities. Cuz i constantly learning/finding new moves. I give this game a 10-10. Tha best I've played!

Nba live 2003 is a great game the graphics are great , the game play is, and the controls are easy to learn unlike the Xbox. Cause the Xbox is a piece of $#< remove me > at !. And overall from the nba games i have played it is second place and first place is nba street. Everyone go rent nba live 2003 or buy it it is worth it.
