great game but many improvments are needed, one it needs to be longer!!!!, second more tracks and cars please? also i noticed that my vett z06 with every part is better than the ford consept by a long shot! and how the hell do i get that damn viper!!?!??? overall, pretty good.

I beat the game in a week. I have like 20 cars all hooked up with the best parts. My favorite car in that game is the Nissan Skyline GTR V-Spec 2 (r34). I am still playing that game and I will continue until I get all of the cars. OHHH YEAH I got the level 4 turbo boosters, the level 4 weight reduction, and the level4 intercooler. I also got the $8,000 tires.

At first I thought that it's not possible to get the SS license, but after I tried for like 200 times, I started to zone out. I would feel like I'm actually in the car. The game is great, the graphics are amazing. The Viper sucks. Play on.

First off, the graphics rule, the attention to detail on the cars is incredible (at least I think so). GT3 sucks.
The sound is good to, I personally think the tunes are pretty catchy on the menus but some of the in-game ones arent very good, I don't compare car sounds cos thats a little sad but what I do here is cool.
And gameplay, I've benn playing 40+ hours and will keep playin till about 70 probably more but its so addictive, I like to collect the cars only prob is Jaguar with sad 'E' type :( GT3 sucks big time and I have played it so I know,
P.S. I completed it after 200 or so of the game days, don't be put down by SS license, keep tryin.

its a relly hard game, when you think you finished something, theres more.grand tresmo 3 sucks. there is more to sega gt than most people think.i hade this game since it came out and im not even close to finishing it.thats why i gave sega gt a perfect ten

sega gt 2002 is the best racing game ive ever played! it has awsome graphics and great detail when it comes to the car specs. i beat the game after fighting with the SS license test but be assured that it can be done! the reason why i gave it just a 9 is b/c i think that it could have been better in that it doesnt show damage to the car and in that when u hit a wall at 150 mph all udo is bounce.... but of all the race games ive ever played this is by far the BEST! my favorite cars include the caterham 500, the lotus exige, and the ford GT concept! my best drag time is 8.574 with the GT and nitros.... i dont knw how they get the caterham to pull a 8.500 in the competions though! ive fully modified mine and it still wont get below a friggin 9.000!!! well i love this game and if they come out with a second i should b the best ever!!!

Everybody who thinks sega gt 2002 is a bad game probably sucks at it. They think it sucks cause they cant get any money and are lazy.If you dont feel like upgrading cars for what 5000 $ then you suck at this game and have bad hand eye coordination.ITS A GOOD GAME TRY PLAYIN MORE THAN 1 RACE!!!

This is ONE of tha best racing games I've found. but it needs serious work. The Graphics are presentable but could have made realtime damage and more tracks. But I do have to say it was a challenge. it took me 653 days to beat tha SECOND SEASON!!
I mean is tha SS licence test that hard?. Oh and my best drag is 6.144 seconds

this game is the best racign game ive ever played. the only yhing i dont like is the drag racing part they need to hav realy drag racing with real drag cars. i dont think it needs to have nitrus either. i think it would be better if it had more american cars and other kinds of mustangs and vetts .

i hav completed all licenses and once u do that u are given the red dodge viper!! it is worth it. all u need is some patience and a decent tuned up car. i completed the game with a skyline gt-r, its not that hard!!!! if u win the tipo car u can sell it for 320 000 dollars, sweet!!!

it does have nitro but you have to lose a drag race on any day ending in a 5 then go to used part shop and you can buy it for 1800 or something like that.... once you get it use y to go fast ( only workst in drag race but)

The license tests were WAY too hard, but other that that it is a great game. I have all but one license, the SS, and feel that that license is IMMPOSSIBLE. There need to be more cars. I've played grand turismo 3 a-spec on PS2 and like that more because of the abundance of cars(come on no Ferraris, lambrogihnis, saleens, porsches!!). The gameplay is great, its very easy to get around in. The graphics are really good but there needs to be exterior damage or you don't get charged for it. I got my
X-Box a while ago and still play the game alot. The SS license is too hard, you either need more time or can use any cars. If anyone has beaten it please e-mail me, I would like to congradulate you. I don't know which came first, GT 2002, or Grand Turismo 3, but one is defently a copy of the other. Over all a great game well worth the nine stars I gave it.

This is a great game but Gt3 is the best racing game ever made. But Gt 2002 comes in a close second it has great graphics, all right game play, The next one that comes out is going to be the best.This is one of the greatest racing games ever made.

So I'm not an avid game player, I've owned Atari 7600, 2600, nintendo 5 yrs after it came out, ps one, and now an Xbox. Let me just say it's the best system thus far. Moving along, I don't play many games and definetly not racing or sports games but I found a new love. I can't put the controller down for a minute! 2002 is the best racing game out there it blows Gran Turismo out of the box. The cars are bad ass, the setup is pretty good and the competition is more than decent. I do have a couple of beefs with it. The license tests are a little much. I have them all but the SS and that one is just insane. I have the for concept GT running 9.433 in the drag race and 1st place with best in all my races but I can't pass the SS test. Also the view in the garage leaves a lot to be desires. I own all the goods from the used parts menu and all are clustered in the one half but none in the bar {hardly}. A lamborghini would be nice or buick Grand National but I'll say all in all this game is a top 20 game for XBox, or I'll eat it!!!!

This game is hott with sound and color and is grate when you can buy new and used parts and buy garage stuff and earn new parts and the race courses are intense and is hard it is the best game for lincene tests. The prizes are nice and make your garage look grate and its grate how you can look at your car and tighten up and soften up suppention and tire wear. It is grate how buy turbos for your motor and make it sound better and improve power. Best of all is one thing no other game has is nitrous that can only be used once on the game is also bad but fair.

Now, consider this....the realism is GT2002 and the graphics from GT3...what a concept! This game great in regards to damage and other little eye candy additions, (i.e. props for you garage), but lacks the superior graphic quality of Gran Turismo 3 on PS2. If you can combine the two games to make one racing game, that would be probably one of the best racers to date, and, for that matter, in years to come. I give this game a rating of 7 just beacuse it lacks the originality that the Gran Turismo franchise capitalized on. It took the best of GT3 and just expanded on it for GT2002.

i think that this is a great racing game i have played a lot of racing games in my time and i love this one i play this game more than ne other game i have for my xbox cause it is so fun to play i dont know wats so important about the damage i really dont care about it u can fix up your car and the cars look very real and controls on this game rule its easy to win and the drag stripe that is like awsome when u have freinds over u just drag race thats cool this game is a []0 ][ []\/[] []0s game to me

its good in some ways but bad in others, like you can but the boost up, and get a monster turbo and run down the drags wich i got my gt concept car to run a 8.8 wich is pretty dam quick but the bad thing is that when your racing and you are loosing it is hard to catch up but when you hit the lead you beat the by about 10 sec and + you cant lower you car wich sucks.
