Many people at first glance will only get this game for the nice girls in the skimpy bathing suits running around on the beach. Yes, that is definatly a plus, but there are other aspects to the game that also makes it fun. Despite what I origionally thought, the Volleyball, though limited to two buttons, is actually quite addicting. There is also a casino where gambling fans can make their bets and enjoy themselves.
This game also has a massive amount of items, and the greatest assortment of bathing suits you will probably ever see in your life. The main objective of the game is to get all of the items, and because you have to get these 100s of items for each character, this game will keep you occupied for months.
All in all, this game is a must have for DOA fans.

i thought the graphics were some of the best on xbox. the actually vollyball play is fun and good but there needs to be more things to do in general and more things to do where u can control what the characters in the game. for example why cant they swim in the pool? pools are made to swim in. bike rides why cant u control where u go. the only time you actually control what the character does in when your playing vollyball. i have not gotten all the items for all the girls yet but it better have something good at the end. there needs to be more items to buy. like rollerblades it shows in the beginning preview of leifang and i think hitomi rollerblading. but overall so far i think it is a fun and addicting game

This Game has great graphics, but the gameplay severely kills it. I bought this title and found it worthy of a teen rating. There was nothing objectble about it. The girls are in bikinis, sure some are rather risque, but i have seen worse than that. The dreadful controls during the volleyball games can be very annoying. You beat the game in record time, and there is no story to it! You pick a partner, and you can win the game without playing volleyball! How foolish is that? The gambling casino, and the hopping game are the only mini games available as well. I found this title to be so dull it bored me in minutes! I doubt there will be a sequel. Let DOA remain a fighting title for which it gainded noteriety. Leave the sports to other hands, and continue with the bat downs!

I diagree with the rating, it has no nudity at all. The only sexual themes you get are girls in swimsuits....overall I enjoy the game, and yeah I pressure you to buy it, but I also think the game is to short, i beat it in like 20 mins..if they had an update make a nude cheat, and make more islands....Money is too easy to get on the game, just do the hopping game at the poolside about 10 times and i'm rich, so yeah the game is good and fun, but if they make a sequel....make it better.

Great graphics and above average game for the genre. Serious, highly critical, gaming purists will have plenty to gripe about but if you are looking for a fun, simple game with lots of jiggle this is it. Danger will Robinson!!! Danger!!! Danger!!! Lots of chat and hype about topless/nude modes and I did come across a way to get access to more mature subject matter. So if you think this is just a bikini volleyball game you are way wrong and I wouldn't let anyone under 17 play this game because the M this game gets is for more than just topless/nude women.

The DOAX is the best game ever, I play it 24\7.
I luv all the sexy lady's there, they just make me look and look even more. The musix is ok and the graphics is the best and I think they couldn't do it any better. Thank for Making the game dudes IT ROCKs. Playing the game is more fun then any other sports game, well that's what I think. All of you nuckle heads think this is all bullsh*t then you are the ones that are bullsh*t. And all the ones agree with me, all of you are my best ever friends.

Its a fun game but where is topless mode!!?! This game has SPICE GIRLS SONGS I MEAN COME ON!!! I think they can do a little better than that. Controls are easy and money is easy to get so thats a plus. You can only stare at digital breast for so long in a bathing suit. And when you give a hot girl a bathing suit they throw it away!!! But Graphics are really good and bathing suit is decent, but no see through! And controls are good unless you want to save it on a memory card, I would try because its impossible, which made me really pissed. But, if it had topless mode, I would have rated a ten.

I myself enjoy the game to it's fullest. At first totally baffled but now just a ton of fun. Not only are the graphics intense but the girls are so darn cute! Even the ones with attitude are adorabale. of course the sex that they sell in the suites they wear and the way they bounce is an added plus. The game is also very mysterious to me too. I just feel that there is more to it then they lead us all on to believe. I say it is just a wonderful game filled with beauty, spunk and a ton of fun and color. Thanks

This game is very, very, very cool! No game designer ever made this kind of game! It's graphics are outstanding and fabulous!! It's a one-of-a-kind game. Its sound isreally amazing and fantastic, its gameplay is a never-fading fantasy gameplay! It has a lifespan of... a thousands maybe, because not only it indicates much of a fantasy gameplay experience on olleyball, it also has great cinematics and well-detailed graphics! dude, ok, i live in sillicon valley, so im like the first city to get the copies of the game but, i got it on 11-8-03 and i gotta say, its so freakin good! I dont know y i waited 4 so long 2 get it! The graphics kick butt, the songs kick butt, the casino kicks but, but most of all, the characters kick some major butt, especialy Hitomi, she's 1 hot, sexy 18 year-old whose irrisistably cute. She's my fave character, and i even dream about her sometimes, and thats just plain wierd that i love a game character so much that i dream about it, and shes a fictional character, but as fictional as it gets, i luv her. Kasumi, Ayane, Christie, Tina, and Helena r also really hot, but compared 2 Hitomi, there nothing. Those who get it later, Enjoy it!

The game is sweet and I have to say graphics are good too,I don't know about you but Hitomi is one fine of a chick and so if you wanting to buy it do it one more thing I know that there is a code for topless action but you are breaking the law because you have to hack in your X-Box thats that thing that pops up in the begging.

this game is so cool all the things that you can do in it is unbelevable especialy when they jump and do there streches befour a game he he the game is so true if u know what i mean you can just imagin it taking your hot doa girl to a tropical island and wach them play vollyball in hot swim suits thats the life for me and you can do that in the game and that is the best part of it all my personal fave is hitomi just seing her going for that spike and the graphics are so lifelike as if you can just reach out and touch them but sadly you cant. the sound i would say is ok and the game play is exalent (do you think that Hitomi is a real person)i gave this game a 9 because i am whating for halo 2 to come out but never the less two thumbs up

I rented this game to find out what all of the hype is about. Well that's all it is is H.Y.P.E (Hold Your Peter Entertainment)
The game is misnamed, it should be called Jack's Happy Fun World. The women don't repsond to what I control them to do, I can't see my players half the time, and it's damn-near impossible to win a game because of the camera angle. I don't know maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I have more fun playing Fusion Frenzy and it's another simple (multi-game) X-Box game. I guess the a couple of things I could say positive about it. The graphics are really nice.....but the graphics are nice in DOA III and I can acutally play that. Back in the 1st intendo days they couldn't rely on graphics becuase the graphics sucked overall so they had to make playable games or else they got poorly reviewed. I don't see why DOA Xtreme is exempt from that?! So yes the graphics/animation are outstanding but that doesn't make a good game. The casino is almost the saving grace of the game, becuase the programmers seem to have spent more time on that than the Volleyball!!! The replayability value is not really there. I have yet to rent Outlaw volley, but if the volleyball game is as good as the golf game was I'd probably go that route.

oh my god i cant beleave people actualy have the guts to bad mouth this game! first off the camamra angle is fine and if the ball is in your court and the cam is in your opponets then taht means your gona run up and spike it! if anyone differs with the game it is because they totaly and strongly suck at the game or have a.d.d. and cant focus on a easy ass but fun game as vollyball....with beutiful girls too!!! i read some reviews and ppl were pissed because the guns had no ammo and the knifes you could not use....well first off who would you wanna kill this game isnt about that and second those gifts were made to make a certain chara in the game happy because she likes weapons. in order to understand the game and the secrets and the way it works you need to play dead or alive 3, 2 or 1 otherwise te game will come off as a mystrery. if you bad mouth this game your a dumass who rented it because it had boobs on it. TEN STARS!! AWSEOME GRAPHICS! NICE GAMPLAY! FUN AND EASY!

The game simply put...ROCKS! Too many young and old guys (and probably some gals) want to see tits bouncing and butts flashing on your TV screen. Seriously, I am a pervert who wants to look at half naked women real or not and I am not the only one. Aside from that, the actual volleyball gameplay is fast paced and fun. I would however love to find a cheat that would render the swimsuits obsolite, and allow my final fantasy of NAKED WOMEN ON MY XBOX to come true. I know it will happen if not with this game, it will be another one.
