How I see Ghost Recon is more different than other games. |

The way I see Ghost Recon is how the game caught my eye so easily. I think hard about which game is better than the other. I am super addicted to military and I really mean it! I mean' I'm not bragging or anything, but my friend got to the 8th level in 45 minutes! I'm serious! About Ghost Recon; the weapons, the graphics; everything is sweet, sweet, sweet! Personally I think it's btter than Halo. It should be the video game of the year. Ihave played lots of video games in my time and if you like adventurous, shooting or military games, I reccomend Ghost Recon for your video game needs. That's why I reccomend you to play Ghost Recon.

Ghost recon rules, it is one of the best games i'v got. The graphics are good and the missions are great. It is also a great game to play 2 player with your mates. I brort the game practicly as soon as it came out. Its a good game if you dont mind games witch are a bit hard. I haven't yet conpleated it but i am working on it. The sound qualty of the game is great. The gameplay is Great. I can not think of a bad thing to say agout Ghost Recon. I recomend you buy it. Its Great

Being a big fan of war games, i have played quite a few, on xbox ps2 and pc.And out of every game i have played ghost recon came second only to Operation Flashpoint for pc.The graphics are excellent and the levels greatly detailed. Also the gameplay was great.The only thing that i didnt like about this game is the fact that you cant blow up the cars on the side of the road, also when you shoot a soldier with a rocket launcher he should fly pretty far but in the game they just fall where they stand.All in all its a great game and definitly worth purchasing.

I got this game at an arcade using the tickets i won from a big jackpot. The selection was bad (only3 games) but this one caught my eye. It looked good but i didn't expect it to be this good. I choose this game cause the other picks were barbie and tennis... I guess it was a good thing that i won big. I would recomend this game to anybody thats wants a good game that can put you in the seat of the unstopable power and uncanning stealth of the ghosts. It really feels like your there. I would recomend playing on elite cause on recuit, the radar ruins all the fun. Play of recruit to get used to the controls then go right to the second difficulty with no radar. Once you have gotten some specialists, switch to elite and play the game the way it was meant to.
The one single thing i don't like about Ghost Recon if the fact that there is no co-operation in the missions... That would be awsome to play the game with a bunch of friends in 2 fireteams of 2. For ghost recon 2 (If there is one) make it 4 person co-operative plz!!!
IF YOU LIKE A GOOD HARD REALISTIC GAME... GET GHOST RECON!!! YOU WONT REGRET IT IF U ARE A GOOD GAMER!!!

the thing that I dont really like about ghost recon is that it needs four player mode.some ppl may not have friends but hey I do and it would be fun to play with all of them without the x box live.the other thing is why cant u drive a car or climb up a tree and snipe people.The fx are great becouse you could actualy tell who is who. the gadgets and wepons are nice but they could be better common thes guys are the best right , then there could have been better wepons. the sound is the best so far.I like the bullet shots ,But cant compare them like to halo.This game will make u feel like your actually there.but with a few mistakes.the controllers are pretty hard to handle but like everyone you need practice.I would just love it if you could pass the hole game with four players. some of us dont have live ok.

After reading many reviews and hearing how great it is from friends, I bought this game, being a first-person shooter lover. I have got to say the graphics are wonderful, but the interaction with out-of-game objects (cars, trees, etc.) is well... none. Shoot a rocket launcher at a guy beside a car. The guy goes down in an explosions, but the car beside it stands un-disturbed. Although everything looks cool, other then your team and your enemies, everything else is out of the game, which kinda takes the fun out of graphics.
Even though it is difficult (not in a frusturating way, but a challenging way) , and requires both reflexes and perfect use of the controls, the fighting is really nice and fun, you never get tired of it. Speaking of the controls, although it is hard to remember the whole B to reload , A to change weapons , L to see map stuff will take a while to remember, it's shooting and moving controls are a breeze and uses the thumbsticks to look, move, and R to shoot. Halo was great with that perfection.
The single player mode is 15 missions done one by one. The fighting being great, and the graphics being beautiful, there are boring repetative parts. Half the time you will find your self walking long distances, trying to find where you are and where your going, always back-tracking. It can get repetitive and will take some fun out of it. If you play the mission a few times (this back-tracking thing will make you restart the mission from the start beacuse you cant get out of it) it will eventually get easy to find your way and the spaces between action will seem to get shorter. After a few missions, you will become good at finding your way. You will find that you may start doing a few custom firefight missions between everytime you finish one of the 15 game ones. These are simple seek and distroy missions where you kill every terrorist on the map, and you can play them on any map in the game even if you havent done a single game mission. These are less frusturating, but arent quite as fun elaborate and rewarding, there good to take the stress off between missions, and when you want to play for a short time so you wont be left off at an in-gamemission cliff hanger where youll forget where your going once you come back.
Really good game, good graphics, and pretty good game play. Is better for patient smart people who can wait and like stratigie, not just shooting, but arent all Tom Clancy games like that? I say it gets an 8.5 , I'd be better with a StarWars game though. No doubt worth atleast rental, especially for shoot 'em up fans who will should prbly buy it. If you have and like Tom Clancy games such as Rouge spear or Splinter Cell, get it right now.

i got this game for christmas of 02 and have yet to put it down. it rekindled by obsession with video games, and damn i can wait for the next one. the way the soldiers look is so realistic its uncanny. they arent boxy or lame like so many other war games ive played and the blood splatter is ultra fine. the levels are huge and very detailed, with plenty of good places to stake out. this game REVOLUTIONIZED x box live. it is freakin INTENSE and anyone who says otherwise must not really like good games. just thinking about it makes me wanna play it. best game ever

This is the best shootem up I have played to date. The grahics are soo smooth, and the player movement silky. Attention to details is brilliant, I love the fine spray of blood I see when goring into an enemy with my machine gunner from close range.
One of the best features of this game is the realism brought in by the sounds, like when my soldiers go deaf just after I fire 3 grenade rounds into a room. The result being is that all you can here is a few disorientating gunshots.
Multiplayer mode is great, it really is wonderful the way you can chose between doing missions or just killing people, and when you get bored of this YOU CAN KILL YOUR MATE.
Overall I reccommend this game to all my friends and anyone who is willing to listen to me talk.

the game has one bad draw back it stops in the middle of a game, then you start all over the fire teams are cool but the fact you cant set up stagidy in a single player mode sucks ie. you cant set just one member of the team of 3 to check a corner if one dies they all die not cool.

i have only ever played the demo but i already think that the game is awesome , the graphic's are'nt the best but they are good enough for a game like that my favorate gun would have to be the snjiper rifle with all the forest camoflage on it the sniper would have to be the best guy in the game i have never died while being a sniper but that does help by me because i alay's use a sniper playing games like that therefore i think that games can't get much better thankyou for reading

The first time I played this game I ran threw the trees towards my mission objective and i was slaughtered pretty quickly, I accautly kinda got excited when that happend.For the first time you accaully have to hide and lay down and sneak around reminds me of when I play paintball in the woods your best freind is invisballity. There is a nice variety of guns and id like more,but hey theres never enough guns =).The few drawbacks it does have really pulls you out tho especcailly on multiplayer, like on the co-op you dont get to use peticular men and they dont let you see the ending videos.On multiplayer adversial for example the swamp would be one of the coolest levels but the water is to deep in unexpected parts and it looks like invisible walls making you walk around them.The AI at first seems really complex but after hours of playing they get somewhat predictable about how they will react.The graphics are above average and it looks nice and the controls will work well for you if youve been playing Halo.In fact this game is kinda a cross bettwen Splinter Cell and Halo. Its a very nice game that will probbally even help you become more of a well rounded player since it is so much in a class of it own.

Ghost Recon is by far on eof the best and maybe even the best game for xbox. The single player campaign mode is alot of fun and on xbox live it is even more fun. The reason i gave it a 9 was because I've been having a little trouble lately with the single player missions but other than that this is a great game. It will probably be even better when the Ghost Recon Campaign Disk comes out which I can't wait for and I encourage everyone to buy it. Have fun playing, Bye!

Yeah well ghost recon got boring after about the 2nd hour I played. It took me a long time to actually figure the controls.
In my opinion graphic and gameplay wise Halo was way better never got bored of that! The enemies were no fun to play with they were stupid. The missions were okay but multiplayer was probly the most fun goin coop with another friend. Of you're haveing troubles tryin to figure out which game to get Halo or Ghost Recon HALO all the way baby.

this was one of the best tom clancy games i've played. even though some missions scenarios were taken from previous tom clancy rainbow six covert ops game for PC. and the lack to customize you character was a draw back but even these few drawbacks the difficulty, graphics, and pure entertainment. in all i still gave it a 10. GO TOM CLANCY!!!

I've played many tactical games, and I've always been dissappointed with one thing or another. Well, Ghost Recon is by far the best out there. There is no better game for your money, and if your doubting this game, just play it once and you'll be convinced.

I am not sure about this game when you go live. Have any of you played SOCOM: Navy Seals? I love my x-box, but Ghost recon is taking one heck of a beating from the live version of SOCOM. The main reason is the lag. I was shooting someone that in real time wasn't anywhere near where I was shooting, so he just disappeard. Atleast on the othe they let you know ping times to help keep lag down. I am sick and tired of "living in the past." I want live to actually be that way, not 10 seconds in the past. It takes the fun out of it.

Ghost Recon is a in my thoughts a great game for people that like the true realism approach. One or possiblly two shots and thats it. It really makes you focus on taking your time and making sure that when you decide to fire that your not easilly seen or you will be shot. This pretty much goes for the multiplayer part of the game which I think is the best part. The camo is awesome and the nightvision is one of the best i've seen, very clear and accurate. For sure a great game for modern war-like interests.

While some games will woo you with some really good graphics and perhaps some great game play this game has an edge. Not only does it have excellent graphics and some really good single player game play, this game is addictive. What I am talking about is the online game play. Never have I had such a great time playing a video game. The combination of being able to play through missions with other people all across the nation and being able to talk to them at the same time is nothing short of fantastic. Telling your new friend who is a thousand miles away to watch out to his left as you run through graphically awesome looking streets, shooting the bad guys with your realistic firearms while trying not to kill anyone on your team or hit a refugee or prisoner hardly ever gets boring. However if you do get bored with the game missions, you can play against your friends, and see just who would win in a real battle. Experiencing the thrill of a good kill, and the shame of loosing control of your character as it falls to the ground dead. No game is perfect and while I can think of a few things that would make it a little bit more wonderful, I can only think of one bad thing relating to this game. That would be my inability to find more time to be able to play. This game is actually FUN!!!!

pros: tommy should be one proud father right now. the reason for this is his game is being compaired to Halo! thats a compliment. the graphics were the best i have seen in a squad based game like this. also, the firefight, recon, and mission settings really make this a game that never gets boring. one of the things i like about this game is the realism, by that i mean 1 hit in the chest and your dead. also, the enemies are good because they hide or get behind cars. lastly, the setting. russia, how cool! the storyline is excellent.
cons: THEY MUMBLE! i cant hear what they are saying becuase the rain is too loud and they are mumbling. when they use their radio i hear just fine... try to get a green beret to lay down in the swamp, you'll see what i mean. all in all, bravo tommy bravo! (i liked halo better, master chief could take on a squad of 6 and not even break a sweat)...toodles
