This game is AWESOME | | brooke from Atlanta, Georgia says (1/Aug/2005): | This game is awesome. It has great graphics and realistic superstars. The people who made it are brilliant. They did such a good job with the moves, taunts, and entrances. I adore this game. People who haven't played it, I recomment you do. You don't know what you are missing. You have so many choices to choose from. I mean so what if some of the newier superstars are not on there. They did such a good job on the older superstars that who cares if the newier ones are not on. The moves that the superstars have look so much like real life that it acually made me fell as if I were in a real match. Also the music they had got you pumped up. It was so awesome. there are so many great features that it looks as if the real superstars were actually in the game and you were really controlling them. It is cool the way that you can make a superstar like triple H or Brock Lesner differant by just going in there profile and doing what ever you want with them. Come on it even lets you change there moves! They only thing bad about this game is that it is hard to put it down.

I like the attire where you can change Christian's short hair and 2003 attire to Christian's long blonde hair and 2002 attire. Even if you can't bleed in the game or no Commontary WWE RAW 2 is a great game.

| this game sucks | | ®ķŐ from Houston,Texas says (9/Apr/2005): | this game sucks because it has no blood.its missing alot of superstars like paul london,carlito caribbean cool,and a whole lot more.some wrestlers dont have their realistic finishers.there are no subtitles when superstars make an announcement.u guys should create a game where it has all wwe superstars and blood the ladder matches should be more easier. i mean come on there are no elimination chamber matches no ironman matches no street fights.u should be able to control ur superstar backstage.the crowd shouldnt look like paper from different angles.when ur hit with a chair, u should have a bruise or bump.u should be able to edit other wwe superstars.after hardcore matches and ur unable to walk emt's should come out and put on a stretcher and take u to the hospital.there should be commentars like jr and king.there also should be backstage mathces like parking lot brawls.there should be more weapons included like trashcans and tables.there should be legends like andrea the giant cowboy bob orton rowdy roddy piper and legion of doom.It should have the smackdown arena,and you can't unlock all the other superstars in the blank squares.It should be more realistic like stacking up tables and jumping off of them.You and your stable could jump another superstar and use your stable in season mode.

Also the finishing moves aren't all revolved around the Smackdown finishers. Like The Rock's Rock Bottom on this game is different from all of the Smackdown games. Somethings that would have made it better are as follows: Updated themes and videos ( Kane has a mask in the game, but his video has him unmasked and his song is his old one ), tagteams with their own entrances ( Like the Dudleyz, They share the same regular tag team entrance with every other tag team on the game ), Someone supply downloadable updates for the game ( Like supplying videos and theme songs to be used when wrestlers change their stuff ), commentary, voice overs, and last but not least, create-a-move. I'd love to see a wrestling game with create-a-move. They could've made it where the wrestler can do a created move based on their attributes and abilities, like Rey Mysterio could do created high flying moves and Kane could do created power moves. You could copy tracks to use on the game, so those tracks could be updated songs for the wrestlers ( I did it with Edge, Kane, Eddie Guerrero, Evolution, and so on ). Also, the create a player is cool. The game has many features in create a player, I kind of wish that what the call for the wrestlers were had more choices including old wrestlers, like Razor Ramon or Lex Luger, or even WCW names. And it's hard to make a wrestler the right size. You have to often put your guy in matches against wrestlers of different sizes like Big Show, Spike Dudley, and The Rock just to know the right size. But other wise, this game is cool.

when your opponet is beat up they still reverse no matter how much beat up they are.
when you suplex them for instance by the fopes to the outside the ropes just bend a little bit why dont they just fall to the outside or land on the ropes.
when you look at the crowd in sertain angles they look like a pice of paper.
and last but not least kane whares a mask but dosent in his titron.
like i said this game is verry good but it is missing alot but i'm nt going to list them because every other person has.
but like i was saying the game is missing alot but it is still worth a TEN of a rateing. and kid who want's to no how to unlock Mick Foley you have to complete 5 years of season complete not fail or just get 5 years done complete you have to have a belt at the end of the year to complete or els you fail. the reason why i like the game because the cas mode is auwsome the graphick are auwsome i could go on & on because it is just fun.
aI hope westlemania is better. only if they would just read what we say.

and they should make it to were in the cage match you can irish whip them into the door and the door will open and you can get out.
and on hell in a cell there should be no ko unless if you put it on in the match rules.
and special ref if it had it you should not b so stuned after getting hit.

special ref and you should be able to disqualifie people for hitting you un like hear comes the pain.
they should have everyting Smackdown vs raw has because they have some good stuff but it should have more like 4 through 40 man battleroyal all super stars nothing you have to un lock crete your own belt for fre or just have a cheat for it.

*no blood
*no weapons in hell in a cell
*cant fight back stage
*no talking in season
*bad computer controlled wrestlers
*no elimination chamber
*slow speed
but if you play this game some things you can do are just soo damn fun the first time i threw my opponent off the top of the cell and onto the table i weeped with joy. nothing can ever top that in a fun factor. raw 2 is one of the greatest games i have ever played people say you cant do the 619 or the fu you can my cas can also do them as well as john cena and rey the life span may not last longer than 3 months but every time you watch raw or smackdown on tv your gonna come back an play it . in the next game you should be able to use weapons like tacs an beat the hell out of your opponent then the paramedicts come out and put him on a strecher an take him backstage were you beat some more blood out of him. anyway great game one of the best ever created.

To everybody that thinks about buying this game well i warn you when you 1st buy the game you will notice the awesome graphics on the back of the case. The 1st time you play the game you will think that the fun will never end but after a week of playing you will find this game at the top of your pile to trade in, unless you have a creative mind like myself you can edit superstars attires. The thing i dont understand is how to get tattoos on my created superstar, for example i created myself and wanted the undertakers tatoo but all i could get was a random tattoo that ive never seen on any wrestler. Now just to drop a few hints to THQ and any other organisation involved in the new game is how bout we have create a titantron like have special scenes like the rock has on his titantron when the city highway passes underneath the helecopter and the big name flashes up in different fonts!!!
Missing from Raw 2 is the ability to edit hair on original superstars, WWF No mercy for 64 was the best for interactivity with original superstars, if WWE Wrestlemania 21 if you could see what hhh's head number is or the type of hair the rock has- this would not only increase the value of creativity in the game but also add long value to the life time of the game!!!!!

RAW 2 would definetly be the best game out if it had: Jeff Hardy, King & J.R., blood, Kane without the mask, backstage mathces as well as in the crowd, and good matches like Elimination Chamber and Bra and Panties and Inferno match. The CAS is excellent and you can also create a team. Plus in season mode, you can change who people cheer and boo. The graphics are great, but its hard to win ladd &TLC matches. The computer reverses easily, but also lose easily. I put updated tracks of wrestlers like RKO and evolution and the undertaker, and also tracks of wrestlers who arent on the game that I created like Shelton Benjamin or Carlito Carribean Cool. A game wuth this kind of graphics should have a create a move section, which would be totally awesome and kick every other wrestling games behind. I enjoy playing RAW 2 because I've created such wrestlers as Jeff Hardy, AJ Styles, current wrestlers who arent on the game, and cartoon characters like Iron Man, Hulk, and some guy named PANDAMASTER, and the ring announcers can give a select amount of call names for them to be called by when coming to the ring.I think mine forgot some of the calls it had. I knew it said RAZOR RAMON, but now I cant find it. NE->, RAW 2 can easily be debated as the best wrestling game out

well I've played every wrestling game even the one for super nintendo And I have to say wwe raw 2 is the bigist BOMB oute of them all.
accept sorry to say but after 2,3,4,months it got so borring i couldent breath but now it's fun again.
and to be honest thats what i like the game is it gets boaring then you don't play it for 2,3,4,A month and youre back at it again.

and ll the main events like special referee 8 8 8 man tag and 20 man battleroyal off the top ropes and during exbhidition too you should be able to go back stage when ever you want.and most of all I think it should be like gta san andreas to where you dont always have to be at the arenayou can go shopping and stuff but in a store and you can go home and watch live raw or smack down and you need to pay for ppv's and when youre not suppose to be there you can go any way.and another way to make it is to where during ppv you can controll backstage.so wwe raw 2 is an auwsome game but it could be better.if you want to email I've posted i,m nick

and has better AI in my opinion of course smackdown has better move sets and a more updated roster RAW 2 season is fair to me but i think it can be a waste of time because u really cant have a storyline smackdown 5 has a good storyline but raw 2 needs a better storyline in my opinion. another thing is raw 2 has an awesome entrance selection for created wrestlers of course smackdown5 has a better wrestling creation dont get me wrong Raw 2 has a good creatation. The ladder match is diffucult because because i knock my opponent down get the ladder set up climb and hang and by the time i have a second to take it down that idiot gets up and pulls me down its like u need a glitch to win.the hell in a cell is cool i like slammin ppl through of course who doesnt. hardcore is my concern u cant go bckstage hell u cant go up the stage at least in RAW 1 u can go upstage all im sayin is u shold be able to go backstage.I think this game should have an elimination chamber.what else...street fight is decent cage is alot better than the one in smackdown 5 table is neat.the entrances is awesome although the edited entrances are gay.the pyro is pretty cool.the arenas are pretty cool. the match intro at the beginning is better than smackdown5 at least it shaows the real thing
| The Ladder Matches | | Matt from florida, USA says (15/Oct/2004): | ok for everyone that is having trouble with the ladder matches... when u get up the ladder and grab hold of the belt, rapidly click a+x at the same time and press all the directions on the d-pad. if u do it, u will get it every time. the ladder matches are the easiest for me. u can win in like 30 seconds if u do wat i just said. btw, the game would be a lot better with elimination chamber like everyone else said, and if there was blood and stuff. the dude that posted before me about the announcers being there to beat up and security to beat the hell out of has got the right idea. all that would make this game a perfect 10. but, it doesnt, so im giving it a 7. its lucky its gettin that though cuz it was a good game but got boring after a while. it would be much better with the US title and intercontinental title too. but i guess we will have to wait for the next raw game. well thats all i have to say but it wont let me submit cuz of the 200 words minimum

| Raw 2 is great, but some improvements needed for Raw 3 | | A gamer from New York, US says (18/Sep/2004): | Alright, good things on this game is the soundtracks you can burn on, create a character, graphics,etc. Almost everything it has is good. But it's missing A LOT. NO GOOD MATCHES. It has hell in a cell and cage, but they get boring after awhile. When you slam sumbody thru the cell once they won't go near the middle again-you have to irish whip them near it. TLC and ladder matches are stupid cuz you'll just hang on the title and then ur oopenent jumps up and gets it. Season mode is lacking- needs a plot. It needs blood. It needs bra & panties, buried alive, backstage, first blood, and it needs elimination chamber. The commentators would be cool to have at ringside so you could beat them up too. There should be security guards that you can beat up. You need to be able to grapple people with weapons other than the chair-you could bash their face into the stairs. You should fight in the crowds. There should be be vince coming in and making announcements, roster signings, draft lotto, guest ref, and more. Raw 3 could be so great, if only the makers of the game would read what we say they would know of the real fans and make a kick-< remove me > at $s game.

I may be undefeated champion, undisputed champion, but Raw 2 is still not too good. While you can choose your own soundtracks for your character for his entrance screen, you can't have more than two pyros. Video isn't the best too, it's either the existing superstars' entrance video, raw, or original, but with original, you can choose few moves and three lines of text. Graphics are good, but it's glitched. If I punch a guy on the ring, when he's trying to get off, he'll fall, and his legs and stomache will be under the mat. I need blood matches, and Ladder matches are very hard to do. I need interference from my enemies to prevent my opponent from getting the belt. You can grab the belt when the clock reaches 9:00 minutes and it won't take you that long, you'll have the belt under a minute. That is for season mode only. Gameplay isn't too interesting, but Creating Superstars can be fun. My created superstar is the undisputed champion, never lost a match, but just tied sometimes. Sometimes interference is annoying and not helpful while it is in ladder match or non-title one on one normal match with count out. I do tournament matches and Battle Royal more than season. I created a lot of characters, including Jeff Hardy, but it's not entirely like him. Good thing there's still Swanton Bomb. I'm the best WWE Raw 2 wrestler, and the number one. Too bad Jeff Hardy isn't on there, and more people too, such as Mick Foley. This is not great game, but still good enough. I'm one of the best man, Viva La Raza! Also, this game was created a year ago, before Kane took of his mask, I think?

-Its missing the 60 ironman, elimination, 8 man tag team, bras and panties matches, ect.
-Its missing the US, Intercontinental and Harcore championships.
-AS everyone has mentioned Kane has his mask and his intro video dosent.
-You cant unlock old school wrestlers like Bret and Owen Hart.
-The season mode sux. It has no story line. Every single season you do the exact same thing over and over again.And in season the matches are unrealistic.
-U can only have a very little
amount of teams in creat a team.
-Their are several missing superstars like orlando jordan, sable and scotty 2 hotty.
- Rey mysterio and John Cena cant do their finishing moves the 619 and the FU.
- the computer will pin over and over until you have to quit.
- And my most hated thing...
The Ladder and TLC matches. Its practicly impossible to get the belt. And then in season u sometimes have to defend your titles (which by the way are very hard to get) in a Ladder match. I find that very unfair.
But of course their are the good things.
-I love the creat a superstar mode, you can personalize everything and their entrances are like watchin live wrestlin.
-I love the superstars and their moves.
-I like the matches like royal rumble and hell in a cell
-I also like the tag team matches
-And the graphics are ok to.
All in all i like the game but i in RAW 3 they fix all the things i have mentioned. Good luck Anchor. Im out like Booker T vs John cena 4 the US Championship.

some wrestlers like Mick Foley, and Ken Shamrock, you can steal, set traps, manipulate, and suprise attack, non like other games SMACKDOWN 5 HCTP. You can create wrestlers. You can change moves like change john cena's sign. move ito the FU. I hear that RAW 3 and Smackdown vs. Raw is coming it better be good cause if it is im going to be the first won in line to get it.
| THE BEST OF THE BEST | | Hpone from Singapore says (7/Aug/2004): | I've gotta to tell u people out there that this is the best game ever in the whole of WWE. I have played it before and i gotta admit it's better than Smackdown Here Come The Pain. For example, in a Hell In A Cell match, if u are using Undertaker (who is my fav wrestler), u can chokeslam a person on top the cell and throw him down onto the announcer's table which will result in a Knock Out (KO). You can also use a 20 ft ladder to grab a belt which will be a lot easier than the normal ladder but it's very rare and u can only get it sometimes. You can also use a chair to launch an attack by stepping on it for some momentum. That's all i have for now as it's my friend who has it not me.
