This game has to be the best game i have ever play.The thing i like about it the most is season becuase if you are in a match with someone before u have the match keep surprise attacking them until they are at 10 spirit, but the create a wrestler isnt all that good it is really confusing.somemore things that should be in the game is blood elimination chamber match,you should be able to go in the backstage,abd what i hate the most is that if you are beating the crap out of someone and youre in the middle of a move and someone hits yo and you both fall down.the other thing i hate is that the hell in a cell match when youre beating the hell outa someone and then you go to the top and you accenditently almost fall off the edge then someone grapples you and punches you and you fall off then they win.but dispite the bad things this game rocks.O and one more thing there should be a Crate-A-Move option.

Give thq a medal they finnally made a fairly good wreastleing game for the mighty xbox but its still not as good as some of the other games out there ok i know everyone wanks over smackdown but that game is so $#< remove me > at ! if u hit someone with a specal move they get back up 2secs later but raw 2 doesnt touch the daddy of wreaslting games No mercy for the N64 that game had it all TLC,CAGE,a very good season and a up-to-date rosters at the time of makeing and a brilliant create-a-wreastler mode which no other game has come close to copying so i think thq who actullay made No mercy should tke a look back at what they made before and try to make a better version of it.

Raw aint that bad MUCH Better than the first 1 . yes there are a few flaws and a few things that make little sense. But overall its not that bad the graphics are very well, gameplay needs some work but still simple and fun. Entrances and character slection is very good. Storyline need a major overhaul gets boring too quick. When I called out a wrestler he never should, my ambushs always failed but it just got tiring doing th same things over and over. The soundtrack was good I was impressed. Creat a wrestler was very fun to work on and amusing. If they add a elemination chamber, allow for more wreslters in stable, some blood, hidden characters and of course a StoryLine in Raw 3 then it will be Hype.

I think wwe raw 2 is the best wrestling game ever because it has the best entrances and the gameplay is really good.Whoever doesn't like the game is not a true wwe fan because no wwe fan will ever turn down a game like raw 2.it is a bit disappointing that there is no blood or elimination chamber but without it the game still rocks.for u people out there who have enough desance to try out the game and actually liked it and will play it again i will give u a few tips.to get evolution u have to go to create a team,then select a three-man team,select HHH ric flair and then randy orton,make the titantron HHH and the music to randy orton that is the real (evolution theme) put all entrance lights to flash and make the two titantron colours alternate back and forth,same as in the ring lights,make the team name evolution and make shore that there entrance moves are man man man and not man woman woman etc. to unlock the pants song u have to steel from lita three times in career mode, to unlock mick foley u have to complete career mode for five years. to unlock everyones theme song and titantron video in theatre mode u have to steel from that same person three times and u will unlock it. thank u for listening to my review and i hope all u true fans of wwe will play the best t.v. show';s video game in the whole wide world RAW 2 RUTHLESS AGGRESSION by tim hewlett australia australias #1 wwe fan!

Raw was an utterly abyssmal excuse for a game...Raw 2 is better in every way, so...Raw 3 should be awesome right? I agree with most peoples gripes about this game, but it could have really been a great game if they would have worked out some of the major problems with the game. Aside from creative issues (of which there are many) like the non-existent storylines in season mode, I find a new glitch EVERY time I play the game.
- Most frequently is the glitch where your opponent pins you after doing one move to you, you kick out in the nick of time, he kicks, he pins you again before you can get up, you kick out, he pins, you kick out...etc...over and over until your little digits are all worn out and you have to let the game win to get out of a never-ending loop.
- The game also locks up about every 3rd time I go to Create a Wrestler mode. I love losing wrestlers I spent hours creating. Good times.
- Sometimes the sound cuts out completely and can only be fixed by turning off the XBox.
- In season mode, my enemies ALWAYS interfere in my matches. When I say my enemies, I mean all four at once. But at least they ALWAYS attack my opponent instead of me which is a pretty big glitch itself.
- I walk through the tables a lot.
- The instruction booklet has an asterisk by the action button under "Game Controlls" that tells you the action button is used to "go off site" which you can't even do in the game(or at least, I haven't figured it out).
- I beat RVD like a red-headed stepchild at Wrestlemania for the entire 10 minutes of the main event, doing my finisher at least 10 times to him and scores of grapple moves and could not get a 3-count. Time ran out...match draw...really pissed...threw controller. (Maybe I should mention that the only offense RVD could muster was to kick me 3 times in 10 min.)
There is plenty more than what I have mentioned but I guess people won't read this if it is too long. Getting to the good stuff; despite all the problems, the reason I bought the game is because I love the interface. The controls are so easy to master it makes the game fun. The graphics are great and the physics of the moves look excellent. The create a wrestler is 2/3 of the fun of the game. And by the way, it is about time XBox came out with a title that utilizes the custom soundtrack feature; that is a major selling point.
The reason I felt the urge to give my opinion is because this game had the potential to be one of my top shelf games. Right beside Zelda, Contra, and Castlevania.
To whomever it may concern, how about this: you fix the exasperatingly obvious mistakes in the game, re-release it as the GOLD edition or whatever, and let people trade in their horribly buggy copies of RAW 2(just the game disc), take all the old copies out to a big field, burn them, and then never speak them again. You owe it to the people who are loyal to your product.

I mean Whats the point of a season mode if there aint no story. And in the ring, the game play is horrible. I mean how can someone push you and you become dayzed for a few seconds. And when you get pinned you have enough energy to kick out but not to get up. And I gave Chrash holly about 8 Pedigrees and he still kicked out. The timing is so off on moves. Like when your running at some one and you deliever a clothesline right at mid clothesline you end up getting powerslamed. And the entrance is horrible on some wrestlers like hogans pose down in the ring it looks like the way i do it. And when someone sideswipes a move or a punch that never happens either they block a punch or reverse a move. And In Tag Team Matches when your getting pinned your partner kicks you and not your opponent. And the refs count is so slow there is people kicking out at 1 after delievering a stone cold stunner. I admit there are some good points and there are some improvements. But when you want a wrestling game you want a good quality game with no flaws. And I dont understand when theres a Tag Team who in there right mind would team up Triple H with Steven Richards. Man I can go on all day of problems in Raw 2 but i have to go to work and save some money for Smackdown Here Comes The Pain.

this game is really bad, ive seen better grafics and better game modes,the career mode is not really good because it too easy to beat, because all you have to do is beat them up by setting a trap. I much perfer the smackdown series over the raw games, i was waiting to buy this game and thought that it would be cool but then i found out it sucks, and it was a load of crap. I hope the next game will be 100% stratisfaction, in graphics, careetr modes and every thing in between.

I think Raw 2 is the best wwe game ever to be released.It has cool graphics and cool wrestlers like 619,Randy Orton,Stephanie McMahon.But I do think they should have Kane WITHOUT!!!!! his mask on. I think THQ should release Raw 3 as fast as they can because I know all of the wrestling fan hope Raw 3 is better than Raw 2.But Raw 2 is the best game around at the moment. I'll say to all of the WWE fans go out there rent Raw 2 even maybe buy it but I'm posotive you'll have a great time playing it.I bought Raw 2 and I'm never off my console so go on try out Raw 2 you'll have fun.

Calling all raw fans! This game will knock your socks off! The first one was really really boring. But Raw2 is much better. It even has better wretslers. Like Golberg, Ric Flair, Shawn Michles etc. If your still have Raw1, get Raw2. It's really awsome! Great mactes to like TLC, Hell in the cell, table etc. Cool graphics too . My favorite wrestler is Goldberg. You should really get this game!

Wass up with raw 2? I get it, why is it better than smackdown. Raw 2 is not even close to it, raw 2 has the best grahifixs but not good game play what i don't get is x-box should be the best but raw 2 is not that good that why i give this a the rate a 4.
This game should have backstages more matches type like the elamation camber match (etc). What i don't get is in smackdown their was ever a elamation camber match and in raw 2 their was so i don't get. Who made this game they should been fired from the job even i could made a game better then that!!!!

Raw2 has awsome graphics. Undertaker,Goldberg,Booker T,and HHH all look real. If Raw2 is this good, I cant wait till Raw3. All the matches are sweet,but the Ladder match. I was holding on the title and took 3 min for me to win the match. And another thing wheres Jeff Hardy?

Alright this game is good but i first loved the Season Mode way better than any other Season Mode but once you do a couple years it is so boring.I mean you do the same stuff and theres no Storyline to it.The match types really improved from Raw 1 but not enough the should of had the Elmimination Chamber,Stretcher Match and way more(I hope Raw 3 does)The on big improvement is Create A Superstar its way better. And you dont have to share the same Voltage Meter.The old Voltage meter was impossible to do finishers.I am hoping a bigger improvement for Raw 3.It might be better because the guys that made Raw 2 were fired right after the finished the game but those guys did a good job.

First, I would like to say that raw 2 is an o.k. game. The people who said that the game sucked, either has no taste or their commited to ps2. The game does have some bad parts like the ladder match where it takes a year to get the belt, and the season mode where you don't get a title match until near the end of the season. The last problem that i don't like is the tag match where your own person knocks you off your opponent. But it has a good selection of superstars and matches.It has better graphics teh smack down shut your mouth. I have both xbox and ps2 and I play my wwe raw 2 more thet smack down sym. If you don't like the game don't buy it! It's as simple as that.

raw 2 is pretty good but there missing alot. where is all the maches i quit,strecher maches ect. plus where r all the wrestlers they should have new and old wrestlers and u should be able to go backstage and when u call people out they should let u have a mach wheather ur popular or not. they should also chage some of the peoples locker rooms. also they should have better weapons, ect. it could of been a better game if they really tried o make it better.

Ok first off I rent WWE raw 2 to test it out to buy it and I agree with the other Smackdown people sym is way better by comparison. The only good things in WWE raw too is that it didn't suck more than the original wrestle mania for game cube with had horrible everything. More things wrong with the game are there missing great moves like the Mexican stretch buster and the five star frog splash that hit's your enemy so hard that it leave's them weaker that anyone. An the whole build your wrestler thing after he's done and u use him and u get points for him u can't use tem in smackdown there's no worry for that so u have great move's and greater graphics. The whole thing about saying your name for created wrestler that still needs work on both. Also the whole thing about how u can't get your popularity raised if you verse someone out of the ring is just horrible. An the thing about the ladder matches is just stupid that u have so press so many dam buttons I also think that the absences of the elimination chamber is the lowest this game sank. An the way the u don't see the belt went u are the champ in the entrance is a total set back from the more advanced smackdown sym. I do think that the way thq is handling the x-box and gamecube games are like if they are just sugar-coating the game. I Think this because it’s just a like more advanced version of the wwf’s old war zone or wwf in your house which was good at the time but that was in like 96’ and 97’ we need to move on and step up and so does thq. So in my closing statement I think that all of u that bought the game is an idiot and that all that rented it and thought it was horrible are true was of your money. An that PS2 will win the fight over who has the best wrestling game And it will be SMACKDOWN 5 Here Comes The Pain

First off, there are a lot of wrestlers that left after the point where they could change it and many who came in after that same point, so don't fault them for having a bit of a messed up roster. Second the create a wrestler is great. A few of the costumes of the wrestlers that were taken out of the game were left in, and some of the costumes of the people who they thought were coming in or came in after they already finished with the character models were left in the game, so you can make most people who are missing, and some independent, japanese and mexican wrestlers as well. I mean they even have Hayabusa of FMW fame's mask, and he got paralyzed about 2 or 3 years ago. All in all the game could have been better, but if it were perfect, as previously stated, then there would be no point in a sequal. My main problem is the fact that you can't leave the ring area, and there is no dialogue at all. I can list many more problems, but most are minor. I already can't wait for RAW 3!

This game is very relistic with great graphics. All the wrestelers are just like the real ones with the entrance, the moves, the looks, friends, enimies, EVERYTHING! The first time I played it I loved it! I think it is also cool that they have belts for Smackdown and Raw and that they show Eric Bishof, Jerry Lawler, and J.R. Lastly I think its awsom that this is the first game where they say your real name at the entrance. THAT IS SO COOL!

sorry THQ but when you made this game there was many problems the graphics, generic entrances, season mode is crap, man all the people that gave this game a 10 havent played smackdown SYM, the reason they gave this game a 10 is because they are loyal to X-BOX and so however crappy the game may be they still give it the best grade try playing smackdown on PS2 and tell me which is better.... seriously smack down here comes the pain will be like the "rundown" #1 of all the wrestling games if you XBOX fans take the time and at least rent a PS2 and rent smack down here comes the pain you'll sell your X-BOX like that i guarentee it!

Ok Raw2 as some good parts but the game sucks dogs for dimes.Because they are missing so many people in the game and I really hated Raw and Raw2 . I really hate the ladder matchs and Butch from EL PASO why dont you put the game up your fat candyass.If you like the game then ok great for you but most people hate the game so they can say what they want to say . But I have to say Raw2 really sucks THQ didnt care that the game sucked because they are making money from the people that buys the game .And thats why I didnt buy the game right away I waited to play it first to see I liked it.Because I didnt like Raw and all the smackdowns where great games and I like alot of people say the same thing that I do about that.And they sould have kanes mask off in the game or make a match and have kane lose the mask or something like that.And storylines what storylines I want someone to show me where the storylines are in the game because how the game is set up is you only pick how you want to face in a match and most of the time you dont get the person you want to face.And I think that THQ sould give everyone there money back because the game sucked some bad.

yeah this game has better graphics than smackdown shut your mouth but they are not better than smackdown here comes the pain. plus it doesn't have as good of features. this is why THQ fired over half of the Raw 2 creation staff, so maybe Raw 3 WILL be better, i can't say. but this game was a big mistake... it seems to me like they were in a hurry to release the game and that's why there are sooooo many missing fetures.
