WWE RAW 2 - SmackDown beater? |

I have RAW 2 and Here Comes The Pain, and I have to say - honestly - both games are about even. SmackDown has a flawless combat system, but $#< remove me > at ! graphics. RAW has great graphics and a near-perfect CAS mode, but the combat system is very sluggish and slow, and the roster isn't up to date. (Neither are the superstar attires, but you can change them, which is another good thing.) Kane has a mask, Crash Holly is there, and Billy kidman has a PONYTAIL?! No-one can get Kidman right. Also, no unlockable legends like on SmackDown!, and no unlockable movesets. Plus you can't give someone a CAS moveset, and you can't perform your enemy's finisher. I hope they put Elimination Chamber and Eddie Guerrero's lowrider in RAW 3. Those are some sweet wheels. So I'd say, they're both as good as each other. Good and bad points in both games. This game has to be the best game i have ever play.The thing i like about it the most is season becuase if you are in a match with someone before u have the match keep surprise attacking them until they are at 10 spirit, but the create a wrestler isnt all that good it is really confusing.somemore things that should be in the game is blood elimination chamber match,you should be able to go in the backstage,abd what i hate the most is that if you are beating the crap out of someone and youre in the middle of a move and someone hits yo and you both fall down.the other thing i hate is that the hell in a cell match when youre beating the hell outa someone and then you go to the top and you accenditently almost fall off the edge then someone grapples you and punches you and you fall off then they win.but dispite the bad things this game rocks.O and one more thing there should be a Crate-A-Move option.

i dont care what other people say, raw 2 is the best wrestling game ever. it has all the important superstars, creat a superstar mode, season,exhibition including hell in a cell, hardcore, laddar, tag, matches. it is addicting, and fun to play. This is all coming from a 14 year old, im a game fanatic. it is definetly worth the money. The only down side to the game is, there is no elemination matches, braw and pante, 8-man tag team. Otherwise the game is great, each superstar has their custom intro, moves/signature. I love it, if you don't like this game, then the only way to find something better is to become a wrestler. I guarantee that you will like it. I first thought that RAW 2 would be like the first one, but I was wrong. In the first one if the guy was down you could just keep kicking up and he would stay down, it would take for ever if the computer kept you down. The controls are about the same but with more characters and neat story lines it makes up for it. In the start with the newest Raw video when it first comes on the air is awesome but a little slower than the originl Raw beginning, but hey, its like the real show. One problem is that it does not say what the controls are in the Options, either that or I am dumb enough not to find it. This is one of the better games of the WWE wrestling games put out ever since Raw Is War on Nintendo. and that was many years ago, so things are looking up and if more games for WWE come out, and it gets better each time, the WWE game industry with go through the roof.

is the best game. Don't get me wrong i mean raw 2 has cool graphic and everything but matches still missing like Elemanation chamber,Bra and panty. Here comes the pain has all the mathes. I also did not like raw 2's story line i did not like it because winning tittles is easy and when you win the tag tittles they hug now come on! On here comes the pain there are legends. Like sgt. slaughter, The million dollar man,the old undertaker,hawk,animal, Jimy snuka and mush more.
So now you cansee why i gave raw 2 1 star. If you want to know how i know about the two games well i got xbox and ps2. I almost forgot smackdown has more titles thi are all the tittles

Ok,I have Raw2 and i gotta say it's a pretty good game!
The bad things about it is:NO J.HARDY,NO SHANE MCMAHON,NO ELIMATION CHAMBER,NO FARROQQ AND NO NATHAN JONES!Come on who would'nt want Nathan Jones.I like the create-your-superstar thing,thats cool.
And,the hell in the cell matches are great.So is the table and the armegeton matches.I think Raw3 should have the No's I listed up there^.I love the game and if anyone says this game sucks they can all SHUT THE HELL UP!Once Raw3 comes out Im goin to buy it.I heard a RUMOR that there making SMACKDOWN VS. RAW for PS2 and X-BOX!
By the way WHERE THE HELL IS THE BLOOD!Wat kind of game is it wit NO BLOOD.But i still LOVE the GAME.AND THATS THE BOTTOM LINE.....CAUSE VINCE MCMOHAN SAID SO!(I SWER TO GOD THATS THE BEST LINE IN THE WWE! WORD LIFE!

By looking at some..well most of the reviews i have come to a conclusion. Most of you....well..freaks arent true wrestling fans at all..i have been a wrestling fan all of my life and am not about to stop. When something like Raw1 for example comes out I dont b..ch and moan about every little flaw it had. I admit it had alot of flaws but that didnt stop me from playing it. Now when people have to diss Raw2 i just shake my head and pitty them. I think that Raw2 is a huge step up from Raw1 and the story mode might be lacking some story..but if you're a REAL wrestling fan you could still get into it and end up picking up the controller at 10am and not putting it down for hours. Ill just have to agree with the smarter reviewers and give Raw2 the props it deserver..a big fat 10,from a REAL wrestling fan.

raw 2 is an alright game but smackdown hctp is a hell of alot better. smackdown sym is even better then raw 2. the only good things about raw 2 is the weapons, creating an entrance and putting in your own songs. the game play sucks in raw 2 and the season sucks also. in my opinion (and other people who have raw 2 and smackdown hctp) smackdown has a better everything, better game play, better moves, better matches, better season, better CAW, and even better graphics. raw 2's game play is bad and the moves look bad too. the creat a wrestler is decent. raw 2 is too slow and in the season you have to simulate all the other matches which gets very boring. the best thing about raw 2 in my opinion is creating an entrance. but still smackdown here comes and pain and shut your mouth is better

This game rocks!! The first time I played This game I was so Amazed that how can it be so real. This game so easily beats all wrestling games so far!! There were 3 things I didn't like. First it didn't have Jeff Hardy, second no blood and third were are hell are J.R and King??????. All the rest rocks specially the graphics. Creat a superstar rocks. The best type of matches I liked were Hell in a cell, Table, ladder and chair and street fights. I had to wait so long to get this game but what I think it worth all that waiting and money. Over all I think every wrestling fan should have this game. I think this the best game THQ has made so far. This game so easily can be named the best game of the year. Until Raw 3 (if there is going to be such thing) I think I can Wait because I have got Raw2.

I've gotta to tell u people out there that this is the best game ever in the whole of WWE. I have played it before and i gotta admit it's better than Smackdown Here Come The Pain. For example, in a Hell In A Cell match, if u are using Undertaker (who is my fav wrestler), u can chokeslam a person on top the cell and throw him down onto the announcer's table which will result in a Knock Out (KO). You can also use a 20 ft ladder to grab a belt which will be a lot easier than the normal ladder but it's very rare and u can only get it sometimes. You can also use a chair to launch an attack by stepping on it for some momentum. That's all i have for now as it's my friend who has it not me. (in my e-mail, in the word "Millon", the first l is a lower case and the second l is a Capital L. Thanks)

I think the game is good put the bad thing is the ladder match unbeated able.I also dont like that it doesn't have elmation chamber.It so hard to unlock new matches.The grahics are good put i know the game creaters can do beater. I bought this when it came out it's an ok game but I think smack down shut your moth is better. You can't even talk to vince or have anywhere fall.In the game you cant hear what manger is saying.I wish in raw 3 we have choices of to say to some one like smack down shut your mouth you get to pick from sentance to say.I also wish raw 3 will have elmation chamber.The story for raw 3 should also make sence unlike raw2.The creater of the game I'm noy trying to say you didn't do good put you can do better. I also wish in raw 3 the ladder matche is possible to win.

Raw 2 is the Bomb it is the best game in the whole WWE the only problems are, you cant go backstage, KANE has a mask and his video dosn't and has his old theme, no Jeff Hardy, no Rosey, no Eddies Low Rider, no USA belt, no intercontenenal belt, There isn't no ELIMANATION CHAMBER, Not even a Ironman match, and there aint no frekean BLOOD I mean WHATS UP WIT DAT? But it has the best graphics, at least you can unlock
some wrestlers like Mick Foley, and Ken Shamrock, you can steal, set traps, manipulate, and suprise attack, non like other games SMACKDOWN 5 HCTP. You can create wrestlers. You can change moves like change john cena's sign. move ito the FU. I hear that RAW 3 and Smackdown vs. Raw is coming it better be good cause if it is im going to be the first won in line to get it.

Raw 2 is a good game but i miss denfending your title out of season and this will not let you do that,but it has a graet season mode and you can go on both shows which you can not do with smackdown 5 and it has a graet royal rumble where you can have over 100 wreslers in and i would like to see hidden wreslers like Mr Perfect,Marty Jentty,road warriors and also wreslers like the millior dollar man too.on raw 2 i also like the created wresler mode i have made wresler like garrison cade,ultimate warrior and some of my own wrestlers like Simon Paris,Mr Perfection,Antony Paris,Tommy Hunk,Ballbreaker to name just a few and i am relly looking forward to the up coming raw game day of reckoning and i hope it will have more wreslers like the Basham Brothers and orlando Jordon in it to.

WWE RAW 2 is by far one of the best wrestling games I've played and I've played alot. While control and shakey graphics are a minor conscern the rest of the game more than makes up for it. The largest roster of characters since Capcom vs. Marvel, ripping your own tracks onto the game, The momentum meter, everything has been built to harbor to the true wrestling fan. Though, gamespeed is a tad slow and you can't go to backstage areas (as far as i know) this game is the step in the right direction and it reminds me of the WWF Attitude game with it's ability to make entrances and even (gasp) your own Titantron Videos!!! While it may not be perfect it is a superb game and I recommend it to anyone, wrestling fan or not. WWE RAW 2: Ruthless Aggression!!! Get Ruthless!!!

I wich there was eliminatiot chamber and iron man match.overall its the best wrestling game yet. also they need announcers and blood. cmon there is blood in the real wrestling so why not in a game??? Also there is supposed to be 6 people in the ring in an royal rumble. Also they should have a 30 man over top rope match and have a 20 man battle royal. rent it b4 you buy it though just to make sure. i like how you can create your own character and take the music off you xbox hard drive. ANd pick all of those wicked moves. When i first played raw i thought it was ok but then when i played raw2

I have had it for about a week now and everything on the player entrances is awesome, from the timing on the pyro to the custom soundtracks, the gameplay is still a little sluggish but its made up for with the adrenaline rushing graphics, the season mode is cool becuz with up to 4 playing fighting for spots in the wwe it never gets old, its still got a negative in you cant wear the belt to the ring but thq did add a feature where u can carry the rings to the entrace way before your actual entrance, the steal feature is a trip becuz you can take merchandise from the other superstars by going into the bags, but the one thing you have to do is unlock the undisputed championship which can only be done by successfully winning both wwe and world titles simutaneously.

YEE-HAW! Raw 2 Is a great game for all you WWE fans!
I have been a fan of wrestling for years and years! Haha and I got to say, Raw 2 is the best WWE game Ive ever played.
Couple of things pissed me off though :P
1. NO BLOOD!?!!? THATS NOT THE WWE I KNOW!
2. When the computer goes to pin you..WILL HE EVER STOP!?!?!
3. They have NWO shirts..But no entrance music??
4. WHERES EDDIES CAR?!?!
5. Stone cold needs to drink beer in the ring!
6. The undertaker isnt a bad ass anymore! HES THE DEADMAN!
7. Give us more then 2 pyros in CAS!
8. We need more entrances! The edit ones suck
9. Let us fight backstage! And if possible the parking lot
10. We needs to unlock old school wrestlers in the game!
Yeaa so thats all I got :P Raw 3 better kick ass people!

This is one of the best games i've ever played. i liked the graphics better than part 1. It also has Brock Lesnar. And to top it all off is has san diegos rey mysterio. but it sucks because kane has his mask. if you want to know how to take it off go to cheatplanet. com to see.(i created him without it but he looks like if the makers would've made him like that). so overall this game kicks smackdown hctp ass. but i still don't know how to unlock the hidden superstar like it says to submit the cheat in the menu. GOLDBERG kicks ass but they could've put more effort in making his spear look like he does it when he gets in the corner like on tv. but rey mysterios moves are so cool like the 619. it looks so real like if your watching a real live smackdown.

i like brock lesner. he rocks in the game. the season is best steal,surprise atacks, etc.u could unlock stuff. this game realy rocks. you sould buy it right away.it is cool game i love it u sould to. but i hate rico in it. i like stone cold steve austin and torrie wilson in it . it is better than smackdown here comes the pain.i love this game. you could also unlock the elimation chanber by beatig 3 seson modes and you sloud be undefted. u cold unlock stuff. like mic foely and kenshamrock. good grafics and stuff u know what i mean.with 4 controlers u get new sotry about hte game in seson. u realy sould love this game.u could put ko in hell in a cell.if u don't want to waste ur money u could buy it used it is only 25 dolloers.it is the best game ever.

Everyone here who thinks this game sucks can blow themselves. The reason, or one of them anyway, is because the x-box gaming system is new at creating wrestling games. Remember, those of you that actually give a $#< remove me > at !,the first smackdown game that sucked as much as the first raw game. All x-box needs is a little more time and alot more of support from the fans. Because comments like these is what forces them to stop making games or wrestling games anyway. So do me and all of the rest of the real wrestling fans a favor, and this is to all of those fake wrestling fans AKA the people who put the game down take your complains and shine it up real nice turn and turn that son of a bitch sideways and stick it sraight up your big fat candyass.
