As a first time player its hard to explain the 1st thing that goes on in your head. To everybody that thinks about buying this game well i warn you when you 1st buy the game you will notice the awesome graphics on the back of the case. The 1st time you play the game you will think that the fun will never end but after a week of playing you will find this game at the top of your pile to trade in, unless you have a creative mind like myself you can edit superstars attires. The thing i dont understand is how to get tattoos on my created superstar, for example i created myself and wanted the undertakers tatoo but all i could get was a random tattoo that ive never seen on any wrestler. Now just to drop a few hints to THQ and any other organisation involved in the new game is how bout we have create a titantron like have special scenes like the rock has on his titantron when the city highway passes underneath the helecopter and the big name flashes up in different fonts!!!
Missing from Raw 2 is the ability to edit hair on original superstars, WWF No mercy for 64 was the best for interactivity with original superstars, if WWE Wrestlemania 21 if you could see what hhh's head number is or the type of hair the rock has- this would not only increase the value of creativity in the game but also add long value to the life time of the game!!!!!

raw 2 may be the best game ever like it had a near perfect hell in a cell great graphics perfect cas more than 60 wrestlers the only things that ticked me off was
*no blood
*no weapons in hell in a cell
*cant fight back stage
*no talking in season
*bad computer controlled wrestlers
*no elimination chamber
*slow speed
but if you play this game some things you can do are just soo damn fun the first time i threw my opponent off the top of the cell and onto the table i weeped with joy. nothing can ever top that in a fun factor. raw 2 is one of the greatest games i have ever played people say you cant do the 619 or the fu you can my cas can also do them as well as john cena and rey the life span may not last longer than 3 months but every time you watch raw or smackdown on tv your gonna come back an play it . in the next game you should be able to use weapons like tacs an beat the hell out of your opponent then the paramedicts come out and put him on a strecher an take him backstage were you beat some more blood out of him. anyway great game one of the best ever created.

this game is the best wrestling game i had ever played people think that ps2 games are better but there not to my opinion. the graphics are auwsome it is like watching live raw. if you dont have it then i'm telling you this is not a waste of money this is the best game ever for wrstling and that one kid is right when the game gets boaring you watch wrestling on your tv and you go back to play it again because it looks so fun. so to say this game is the best. a few things pissed me off though.
no special ref.
no blood
no ELEMINATION chamber.
no iron man match
no 20 man battle royal
no whepons in hell in a cell
and they should make it to were in the cage match you can irish whip them into the door and the door will open and you can get out.
and on hell in a cell there should be no ko unless if you put it on in the match rules.
and special ref if it had it you should not b so stuned after getting hit.
things for raw 3
special ref and you should be able to disqualifie people for hitting you un like hear comes the pain.
they should have everyting Smackdown vs raw has because they have some good stuff but it should have more like 4 through 40 man battleroyal all super stars nothing you have to un lock crete your own belt for fre or just have a cheat for it.

As a first time player the game is really fun. perfeck hell in a cell i just wish that when you throw your opponet down on the table they would not be ko i wish that i could still be the $#< remove me > at ! out of him after that. hears a list of really fake things about the game.
when your opponet is beat up they still reverse no matter how much beat up they are.
when you suplex them for instance by the fopes to the outside the ropes just bend a little bit why dont they just fall to the outside or land on the ropes.
when you look at the crowd in sertain angles they look like a pice of paper.
and last but not least kane whares a mask but dosent in his titron.
like i said this game is verry good but it is missing alot but i'm nt going to list them because every other person has.
but like i was saying the game is missing alot but it is still worth a TEN of a rateing. and kid who want's to no how to unlock Mick Foley you have to complete 5 years of season complete not fail or just get 5 years done complete you have to have a belt at the end of the year to complete or els you fail. the reason why i like the game because the cas mode is auwsome the graphick are auwsome i could go on & on because it is just fun.
aI hope westlemania is better. only if they would just read what we say.

RAW 2 is a really good game. I would say that the most outstanding feature of it is the graphics. Also the finishing moves aren't all revolved around the Smackdown finishers. Like The Rock's Rock Bottom on this game is different from all of the Smackdown games. Somethings that would have made it better are as follows: Updated themes and videos ( Kane has a mask in the game, but his video has him unmasked and his song is his old one ), tagteams with their own entrances ( Like the Dudleyz, They share the same regular tag team entrance with every other tag team on the game ), Someone supply downloadable updates for the game ( Like supplying videos and theme songs to be used when wrestlers change their stuff ), commentary, voice overs, and last but not least, create-a-move. I'd love to see a wrestling game with create-a-move. They could've made it where the wrestler can do a created move based on their attributes and abilities, like Rey Mysterio could do created high flying moves and Kane could do created power moves. You could copy tracks to use on the game, so those tracks could be updated songs for the wrestlers ( I did it with Edge, Kane, Eddie Guerrero, Evolution, and so on ). Also, the create a player is cool. The game has many features in create a player, I kind of wish that what the call for the wrestlers were had more choices including old wrestlers, like Razor Ramon or Lex Luger, or even WCW names. And it's hard to make a wrestler the right size. You have to often put your guy in matches against wrestlers of different sizes like Big Show, Spike Dudley, and The Rock just to know the right size. But other wise, this game is cool.

this game sucks because it has no blood.its missing alot of superstars like paul london,carlito caribbean cool,and a whole lot more.some wrestlers dont have their realistic finishers.there are no subtitles when superstars make an announcement.u guys should create a game where it has all wwe superstars and blood the ladder matches should be more easier. i mean come on there are no elimination chamber matches no ironman matches no street fights.u should be able to control ur superstar backstage.the crowd shouldnt look like paper from different angles.when ur hit with a chair, u should have a bruise or bump.u should be able to edit other wwe superstars.after hardcore matches and ur unable to walk emt's should come out and put on a stretcher and take u to the hospital.there should be commentars like jr and king.there also should be backstage mathces like parking lot brawls.there should be more weapons included like trashcans and tables.there should be legends like andrea the giant cowboy bob orton rowdy roddy piper and legion of doom.It should have the smackdown arena,and you can't unlock all the other superstars in the blank squares.It should be more realistic like stacking up tables and jumping off of them.You and your stable could jump another superstar and use your stable in season mode.

I like the attire where you can change Christian's short hair and 2003 attire to Christian's long blonde hair and 2002 attire. Even if you can't bleed in the game or no Commontary WWE RAW 2 is a great game.

This game is awesome. It has great graphics and realistic superstars. The people who made it are brilliant. They did such a good job with the moves, taunts, and entrances. I adore this game. People who haven't played it, I recomment you do. You don't know what you are missing. You have so many choices to choose from. I mean so what if some of the newier superstars are not on there. They did such a good job on the older superstars that who cares if the newier ones are not on. The moves that the superstars have look so much like real life that it acually made me fell as if I were in a real match. Also the music they had got you pumped up. It was so awesome. there are so many great features that it looks as if the real superstars were actually in the game and you were really controlling them. It is cool the way that you can make a superstar like triple H or Brock Lesner differant by just going in there profile and doing what ever you want with them. Come on it even lets you change there moves! They only thing bad about this game is that it is hard to put it down.

I think WWE RAW 2 is an awesome game exept for the fact that they don't include Jeff Hardy, J.R. and King, Shane McMahon, the Elimination Chamber and Buried Alive Match. Also you cannot decide if you accept a match or manager. But the ladder matches I think are easy if you can get the twenty foot ladder. Season mode isn't bad either. I have found a few websites that tell you how to create people like Jeff Hardy, The Incredible Hulk, Catwoman, Al Snow, ect. I am not allowed to tell you what those websites are. If you really need to know what those sites are, email me. But I still think it is an awesome game and wouldn't trade it for one hundred dollars. That is how good I think this game is. Unlike other people, who think this game really, really sucks (who I totally disagree with)some people think this game rocks. I personally think THQ did a good job on making this game. sorry THQ but when you made this game there was many problems the graphics, generic entrances, season mode is crap, man all the people that gave this game a 10 havent played smackdown SYM, the reason they gave this game a 10 is because they are loyal to X-BOX and so however crappy the game may be they still give it the best grade try playing smackdown on PS2 and tell me which is better.... seriously smack down here comes the pain will be like the "rundown" #1 of all the wrestling games if you XBOX fans take the time and at least rent a PS2 and rent smack down here comes the pain you'll sell your X-BOX like that i guarentee it!

I am very disappointed when i rented Raw 2. I have never played a Raw game before cause i jus transfered from PS2 to XBox. And honestly this game makes me wanna go back to PS2 for Smackdown Here Comes the Pain. Raw to have some pros, such as the graphics, SOME features in Season, an the creating entrances. Other than a few pros in season mose it was boring, went by to fast, an sucked!! Also create a player mode sucks!! You dont have near as many features to add to ur character as you get on Smackdown, ect. piercings, tatoos, facial hair, multiple sets of clothing, instead of 1 upper body item an 1 lower! The sound was OK, i would prefer to hear some action from Jr an King, or even Al Snow an Coach. Honestly i love to see my characters entrance, after i win a title, so i can watch my character walk out with a title around his waste. Raw 2 didnt give me that. After winning that tag titles my guys hugged!!! Common now and it was wit Kane, you think Kane is gonna give a hug after winning a match!! Also i went throught a long process of being nice to a lady so she will eventually become my mananger, an when she said she would she never escorted me to the ring!! Common managers always comin to the ring wit there wrestler. Other than the few pros, then game had a ton of dis-likes. Overall this game gets a 2 an i will never play it again!! Hopefully Raw 3 will keep me from goin back to PS' Smackdown

raw 2 is an alright game but smackdown hctp is a hell of alot better. smackdown sym is even better then raw 2. the only good things about raw 2 is the weapons, creating an entrance and putting in your own songs. the game play sucks in raw 2 and the season sucks also. in my opinion (and other people who have raw 2 and smackdown hctp) smackdown has a better everything, better game play, better moves, better matches, better season, better CAW, and even better graphics. raw 2's game play is bad and the moves look bad too. the creat a wrestler is decent. raw 2 is too slow and in the season you have to simulate all the other matches which gets very boring. the best thing about raw 2 in my opinion is creating an entrance. but still smackdown here comes and pain and shut your mouth is better

WWE Raw 2 looks and promises to be a great step for wrestling game titles. The only problem going into this game is the possibility of disasterous gameplay. But with the other options the gameplay could possibly be overshadowed. This games final copy could hold nearly 70 WWE superstars and this titles season mode could just be the best in the business. In season mode the ability to basically freeroam is awesome with the freeroaming possibilty you interfere in others matches which was used in the last edition of the smackdown series. Another great addition to wrestling titles which is in Raw 2 is the oppurtunity to break into fellow superstars lockerooms and steal specific belongings (for ex. Angle's medals, the champs title belts, and Stacey Keibler's panties just to name a few). Season mode is also great for its ability to bring in four different users which could evolve the best damn alliance ever but when these star get to the top of the WWE ladder only one can be the champ, season mode looks great. WWE Raw 2 has all the match types to make it a star and has all the options too.

WWE Raw came out in February 2002. This game was one of the worst attempts at a wrestling game that I have ever had the misfortune of Buying, Playing, and Trading in. This game had great character models, but that was the only thing great about it. WWE Raw had a story mode with absolutely no story in sight. The Create A Player had only one elbow pad.
!!!!!!ONE!!!!!!!!!. The gameplay was dominated by striking moves. What wrestling match is dominateed by striking moves? It doesn't make sense to be able to break up a finishing move with a punch.
WWE Raw 2 fixed all of the problems except for the biggest and most irritating one. That weak ass game play is back. A close friend of mine bought the game the day it came out. We played it together. I had Hollywood Hogan in a Armageddon match. I was putting my finishing move on Batista, when Kevin Nash breaks it up, in the middle of it, with a punch. That single act by Kevin Nash made me realize no matter how many match types they add, no matter how many new characters are added, this game still sucks in the worst way.
The only reason I didn't give it a 1 is I had som fun playing it with my friend at first. Now Raw 2 is a game that adds many features that were previuosly missing in some great wrestling titles, but that doesn't matter if you are struggling with such an $#< remove me > at ! backwards gameplay. I will say it was a big, and pleasant surprise to see the charecters moving on the screen that shows the match participants. Besides that I am still pissed off that I wasted my time Playing this game.

Everyone expected to much from the so called "ruthles agression" of Raw 2, but what happened? every xbox user waited more than two years expecting something worth the wait, but what happened? While the PS2 owners had excellent WWE titles each year (Just bring it and Shut your mouth)the xbox's wrestling fans waited to a stupid promess of something that could knock off Smackdown. And all we got was a lame wrestling game that featured as it's "new special matches" TLC and Hell in a Cell, for God's sake! that type of matches existed since playstation one!!!! you could argue about the graphics.... JA! if you see Booker T in RAW 2 is like if you were watching some guy from the Jacksons 5!!!
Please! if you like wrestling and made an error by purchasing a Xbox, sell it to buy a PS2 and enjoy the future best WWE game ever: Smackdown: Here comes the pain. or if you want to stay with microsoft ask THQ for a decent wrestling game.

WWE Raw 2 is one of the best wrestling games ever it's gameplay is still a bit sluggish and the seasonmode is missing a few good detail's there is no words spoken or written which get's to be ignoring but besides that it is a pretty good game.
The graphic's are awesome.Plus you can rip music off your xbox and use it for character's entrance music.The control's are something like no mercy.the matches are pretty fun accept the A.I. of the game is silly several time's in a match where the cpu will pin you continuously at least 3 or more time's straight.
But if you are a WWE fan than Raw 2 is a must buy.

the game is'nt bad,but it could of been better,every wrestling game i have played on has a really boring career mode,they really need to come up with a more creative and more exciting career mode,over all the game was'nt to bad but its the sort of game i'l complete and never touch again.
