Halo 2 is nothing but a beta test for Halo 3 |

Halo 2 is an awesome game! Despite the fact that the storyline was almost exactly similar to Halo 1. They did upgrade a few items like dual-wield and the ability to jack peoples vehicles. But that is pretty much it. They spiced up the multiplayer gaming but they made it so big that you will only find someone like 2 minutes later.The only thing that why the storyline for Halo 2 didn`t stink is the kick-ass Arbiter you play as.As from the people who gave Halo 2 a horrible score is because you guys got PS2 first and already think that PS2 is the best system so you have no right to say that you only got xbox for that game only.So you can kiss my ass for all I care because I dont give a damn if PS2 is greater. Anyways I feel that Halo 2 was just a taste of what Halo 3 will be. I guarantee you that Halo 3 will have better and longer story line, more playable multiplayer maps. More vehicles and different versions of the same thing. And who knows maybe the graphics will be unreal engine powered like in splinter cell. But thats just my point of view. Xbox rules!

Where do i begin to tell you how good this game was? The campaign was 10x better than in the first game thanks to a cooler story, more and better weapons, the ability to dual wield weapons and stealing vehicles. The multiplayer on xbox live was the greatest thing in the world cuz you could do almost everything you could do in single player. And those 16 player battles were the best. The graphics were amazing and the levels looked cool. And they were dang fun to play through even the millionth time. On legendary there were too many cheap kills and it was a little too realistic for me. On co-op though, it was fun cuz you had to communicate well and work together to stick it to the covenant. I liked playing as Arbiter cause i thought he was really cool. Overall if you like first person shooters you can't miss Halo 2.The only problem is it ends and the ending is horribly incomplete. I was hoping to go back to earth and finish the war with the covenant. That would have been sweet but it is still a pretty cool game and if you don't get it now, i'll kill you.

Well i must say that although Halo 2 is a good game. It is by far no comparison to its begining. I think i speak for almost all the Halo finatics out there when i say that Halo 2 was a major let down. The story was good until i became the enemy. Nobody wants to be a friggin Elite.WE WANT MASTER CHIEF. I would like to thank the boys at Bungie for creating Halo but i think they ruined it in Halo 2. Even the multiplayer is terrible, i mean ya the levels are good for Xbox live but what about when its just you and your buddys having a burn session.The levels are way to friggin big. The original levels were much better, but even though they bring back the so called beaver creek. Noone likes that level anyway.Its Gay. I could go on for hours about the health bar,dual weilding,multiplayer,co-op and all the other ruined things in Halo 2, but i will just leave it with me and many other people i must say are very disapointed in what Bungie did to Halo 2.The only thing good i got out of it was the cool limited edition case.Sorry to say it, Halo 2 SUCKED.

Halo 2 should well be better.Okay,you get to play as elites, but whats so good about that?! I like the plasma sword,although I'm a mechanical kebab without one,and the graphics were loads more realistic in Halo. It has cool dual-Wielding, but apart from the scarab gun,everythins rubbish!(especially the double SMG's which leave you vulnrebale for 4 seconds. 4 SECONDS!) i'd rather play on Xbox Live, which where all of these 4 points are comin' from. but for dog's sake bungie, another Halo? why doncha just dump in a man called Captain Jacob Keyes?? or A ship called the pillar of autumn?!!?.It does satisfy with tartarus riding shotgun on yer banshee and hunters helping you in fact the uvver 0.5 points i could convert into 1.5 and give 8/10...oop,wait no.The story. Its another halo folks! in 4 years,bungie decided to magically create another halo! wow,now THATS a good story.I would shell my fifty squidoolies on Final Fantasy X-2 and as the rest of Halo 2,an ultimatly unsatisfyng game.Go Figure. Now, if you'll excuse me i must lob out my window.SMASH!

I don't know why everyone is getting so worked up about this game. It seems that there are only two types of people who play Halo 2: those who absolutely love it and think its the best game ever, or those who curse Bungie as if they were the antichrist for what they call an "abomination". There is a middle ground here people! I personally liked the game, but I saw a lot of room for improvement. For starters, the story is a good one, even if the ending is sort of a letdown. You have to remeber that there is going to be a halo 3. Its just like the ending of the second Matrix: it left you wanting more! As for the multiplayer, I think that it is a more fast paced, fun FPS than the original. The graphics are very impressive, even though there are a few bugs that were not worked out before the release. In all, it's a good game with a few rough edges. It's not the greatest, and its not the worst. I personally can't wait for Halo 3, because it has the possibility to be amazing, as long as some of the problems from both Halo 1 and 2 are solved. :-)

Halo 2 is one of the best games i have ever seen. The graphix are so much better than halo 1. I like how the ghost and stuff only blows up half way so you can still use them. I also like how you can kick people off the ghosts. The warthog has an emergency brake (which i like on the cliff level because i keep almost falling off) I dont like how they kept the flood in it and didn't change them at all but i think it was clever that 343 guilty spark was the oracle. it is also cool that there are more guns but i think they should have got more new enemies. I know its coll that they improved the vehicles but they could of made some new ones (even though you can drive enemy tanks and spectrs). i think its cool how you can play as the covonent in some of the levels. i like how you dont have to pick camoflage up but you can just hit the white button and use it. those stupid hunters are harder too (if you don't think so don't complain). but i think the game is cool overall! Just don't go beaten it in 1 day and then say it was too easy!!!

This game is the best you need to fight the flood again:( you could be the covenent and turn invisible once in a while theres more vehicles like speture(cov.warthog),wraith(annoying thing that shots bomb from part one),Shadow(cov.tank)and a warthog with a rocket launcher. more guns like cov.carbine,particle beam rifle,bruteshot,cov.energysword,fuel rod gun.If you buy da limited edition(i got it)you get abuy 1 halo2 slurpee get one free.you get free xbox live for 2months you get a metal case special features disc+game(fits 2 disc):).(game)theres longer game play same missions.you dont have to drive anymore others can do it(dont let them though they get stuck)you could hold 2 light weapons you have to fight Prophets 3 of them Regret,Truth,and Mercy (in order) if you dont get this game you wont know what your missing. ahhaah there win't be a game that would stand up to the perfection and let's not even talk about graphics halo 2 has.this $#< remove me > at ! kick asssssssss.i saw the 8 minute demo of it.this dude playing it..the marines driving while masterchief at the back with a some kind of shotgun gunner .lol.awesome $#< remove me > at !.c'mon people common sense.if halo 1 was so amazing..wahst to expect from halo 2?AWESOME GRAPHICS/XTREMELY COOL WEAPONS/BEING ABLE TO PLAY WITH ALIENS.ow good could it possible get?playing with a plasma sword.oohh man i can't wait til it comes out.i really wanna use that plasma sword.and slice the hell out of those gay ass grunts...grrr in halo 1 when u play in legendary ggrr they get in groups and they're as hard to kill as the Elites.by the way.i've never met a guy who has been a challenge to me at this game.as far as halo2....can't wait to play it and experience the astonishing graphics specially....halo 2 will be ****ONLY FOR EXBOX****.oohh yeah baby.the other systems are good but xbox....just owns.

i love this game i thought it was awsome.its not to hard to beat either its cool because you get to be elites and marines.you can dual weild and all that good stuff.but i wish it would have explained how the sargent survived the first halo,oh well at least he is in the second 1.but this game was really really good and all but i think i might possibley like halo the first better because there is a lot better set up and story line to that 1.halo 2 seems like they had a race to see how fast they could make halo 2 it seemed really thrown together but i definatly like the halo 2 multiplayer better.but dont get me weong halo 2 rocks.so get halo 1 and 2 they are well worth the buy.if u need help with a level contact me i can help u with anything.if you are thinking about buying halo 1 buy the 1 for computer if u like to play it online for free(note:does not work very good with antthing lower than cable.but if u are looking for better graphics the graphics for halo is better on xbox but not by alot.

Halo 2 is pretty easy to beat and of course there are people who do hate it but you guys must not have heard of xbox live people. I mean shoot the crap out of people you don't know and who are possibly better than you give yourself a challenge. Although there are no really new interesting vehicles its still fun finding the millions of acres long graphic glitches on the space station and delta halo and the such. Am I the only one who tried something like getting into the water in delta halo. If you guys paid attention there are some pretty cool easter eggs. Even if I love this game there are some who are possessed by it saying that they don't give a flaming flying rats $#< remove me > at !. Like the rest of you I cnnot wait for the third one to come out but it sucks because it comes out on xbox 360 a year earlier than on a regular xbox. So for all of you who ask the graphics are going to be pretty good because hey its xbox 360. I hope that in the third one you can finally fly the pelicans and phantoms too.

Halo 2, just the mention of this game will drive many people into insanity(not really)considering how totally awesome halo 1 was. in the new game there will be many new things i.e new weapons, new veichles and a whole bunch of other stuff like the abilty to sprint shoot out lights and peek around corners(seems like bungie have decided to mix some of the winner elements from splinter cell) halo 2 this time part on earth should be able to kick any other game of the pendulim in greatness the tiny details are dripping through ever so slowly which makes waiting for its return ever more exciting.
you could imagine fighting your way through angry little grunts and menacing elites through a completely and utterly realistic enviroment.
halo 2 in anyones eyes should break through the barrier of any game on the market and in creation with the elements that only the awesome bungie can create.
but $#< remove me > at ! your rifles and clean your scopes and get ready for the most oustanding first person shooter...ever.

My cusin has this game. he says it rocks. he also came for a visit just to play the game on co-op. i think its great too. the graphics are some of the best ive seen on his xbox. i know this cause i am over at his house almost every week! the story isnt as good as the first one though. and whats with the ending. "ooooooo im gonna end this war ooooo" CRAP!!!!!! the only good thing about it is there might be and probably will be halo 3! there are some funny glitches too! you have to see em! ha ha ha ha ha ha. the AI is alot better than the fisrt as well! and the brutes! watch out for them cause they BAD A$$ES! the brute plasma rifle sucks balls though. so what if its red! ITS WEAK AS HELL! the vehicles are better too. it takes time but its fun(im talking about boreding vehicles) and dual weilding makes the game that much funner! all i can say is the games great! But im still gonna keep my PS2. and to all the others out there with PS2.....KEEP IT!..... if you want a great game get socom 2!

I bought Halo 2 on the 9th and finished it on the 9th, so the campaign is fairly easy but so much more fun, for example when you are getting attacked by a ghost run up to it or jump on it and hold "X" and you highjack the vechile while beatin the hell outta em, but if you highjack a tank or wraith it isnt so easy so when you have jacked it tap "B" repeatedly and you will smash it up or if you wanna really FU?? em up you can pull the left trigger and through a grenade on em.
Also in multiplayer they have finaly put the banshi in multiplayer wot is cool but they have disabled the strong plasma fire on it, but have added tricks, if you in the banshee hold down and tap "A" and you do a backfilp also you can do it with left and right and do barrel roles.
also wot was one of the best things in this game where the graphics the a surperb and the seenery is always different and doesnt get used over and over like in the irst one.

I cant believe this game. i was expecting sooo much more. wat happened to the like 10 different types of warthogs??? and the put ur gun down to run faster??? and that first level with that movie where cortana was like "i bet u cant stick it" and master chief said "u're on" that level looked tite as $#< remove me > at ! but they took it out!!! the graphics are good but the new shield system sucks ass, u used to be able to see how far u were from dying but now once ur shields go out, u have to guess how many hits u can take before u die. And legendary is impossible!!!! wat's with this!?!?!?!? they give u like one smg half full to take of four elites. that is so gay. ugh. This junk made me so mad. THe writers should get slapped for that bull$#< remove me > at ! ending. They gave u the impression that u would be fighting on earth the whole game, but guess wat. YOUUUUUUUUUUU DONTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!! u're on another halo! they just used the same concept from the first game. come on bungie. i know u guys can do better then that.

Remember the good old days when friends would come together in one household, hook up a few x-boxes and play into the early hours of the morning with non-stop action? Well unless you have a high speed internet connection your outta luck because, sure you can have 16 people over and that would fill up halo 1 levels for sure(it can be hard to have all those kids over). But it seems like the Halo 2 levels seem so big that by the time you find an enemy someone snipes you from a high tower of some-sort (that bugs me so bad). For example, in hang-em-hi (a halo 1 classic multiplayer level) no matter where you respawned you were always in the action, with you and your pistol you were always close to action, now you have to hike across a huge level, or try and beat 1 of 16 possible people to perhaps 4 vehicals. But over all the duel-wielding is fun (duel pistols is under-rated(only if you have a good aim)). I definatley would give the guys (and gals) back at bugie studios a thumbs up!

halo 2 will be the best game this world has ever seen to go to another subject i found a new vechile i am not shure what they will call it but it looks a little like u lay down in it and it has a machine gun on the top and i heard that u can use the energy sward i can't wait to cut open those dumb grunts with it but the pistol is gone that from wat i have heard is the only lose but the grafics are spost to be the greatiest, you can hook it up to a surrond sound system, and the best of all you can play with your buds across the world on live so how can that be bad plus if halo was a 10 out of 10 than Halo 2 must be a 20 out of 10 the other thing i heard was that you don't have to be master cheif all the time in moltie player you can be an elite but you don't get any spechial abilitys wen being an elite but that dosen't bother me because you get to put twice as much life ending led in the air with dule wielding. Hope you preorder your copie of the greatest game halo 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think halo 2 will be smimilar to halo 1,no doubt,it's supposed to,what makes it halo 2 are more options,better graphics,from what "we have seen",if it's really like that,then there is no doubt that it will go down as the best rpg game ever made,other than halo 1.i read that now you'll be able to play as aliens in the split screen multiplayer,use plasma swords,ok fans,just think of you "controlling one of the new State Of The Art" elites,with a plasma sword,man that'd be like jason x.imagine all that,+ live.huh huh!,but as most of you have said,"don't talk crap untill it comes out".i'm giivng it a ten because of what i've seen,the videos,the hiding on the shadows,and covenants not being able to see you,and stuff like that,and ofcourse,what ABOUT THE NEW MARINES,it is said that they are twice as smart now,good thing they fixed that stupid a.i. from halo,those marines were a bunch of "daddy's lil girls".thats all i have to say folks.if it's taking this long,it better be good.

This game is absolutly the best , no words can describe it im sad to say though the ending was a bit dissapointing. But it doesnt matter and for those ppl who play ps2 fu-- you and grand theft auto san andrea's HALO 2 owns that. The best part about this version of halo is that the graphics are much , much better im telling you there are no graphics that are more realistic than in this game. ABSOLUTLY AMAZING. The flood look absolutly amazing in this version of halo the covenant awesome and the weps and dual wield. Im telling you you cannot live without this game. There is no other game better than this. My frienda are even switching from ps2 to xbox UNBELIEVABLE!!. Halo 2 is the most amazing game you will ever get to waste your time on. 15 of 15 levels all intense and get harder by the minute and in this action packed shooter you'll get to drive any car be COVENANT and dual wield plasma rifles to sub machine guns!. If you dont buy this game ur gona go insane!

when i saw the 8 min prewiew on the internet in november i didnt care when it came out all i knew was that i wanted it. I got the game in its platnium case (really nice).I never did play halo 1, but im gonna get it off my friend, anywho halo2 had great graphics the story was good tho it got confusing at the end (now im gonna have to play the last few levels to understand):(... i cant wait till halo 3 comes out, the ending for halo2 was like weird, the covs and the humans gang up on the prophets and that big hairy beast. I just beat the game tonight in total it took about 5 hours to beat. but it took so long bucez i play multyplayer alot.i cant wait to get xbox live but when i do finally i will have enough ppl for the warhog.After i beat the game i tried to remember what level was on that 8 min preview. They never had that level... :(. but i dont care the main thing is that HALO 2 is probably the best game for xbox and i reccommend it to anybody. its worth it.

I'm not even gonna write about how I've seen every single scrap of halo 2 footage from the many demos and making of halo 2. There is so many people that describe everything that I think and have done while waiting for this game. Does anyone think that Bungie should have released like a fourth demo of the game 4 chrismas. That wouldn't spoil it or anything, cause they've been pretty stindgy with the screen shots. Thet never ever update the bungie sites with new shots. I don't need to say how excited I am for this game. Just read aby of the above and put them all together and somewhere in there is how tight this game is going to be..................BY the Way any of you guys should by REd VS blue on DVD....Its about 5:00 am on the 28th of december and I'm watching it right now. It really is that good. I gotta get some sleepm if you read this one and your a true halo or halo 2 fan spread the word that bungie should release a new video for chrismas of halo 2
