not a good game for medal of honor fans |

This game was one of the worst medal of honor games ive ever played. it was unrealistic unintertaining and just a cheap storyline. the only time i really felt i was in ww2 was in the fist 2 levels. the rest was just like any other shooter i wasnt even in ww2 anymore i was just a guy who was in the jungle looking for a way out and shooting ppl. i g2 to tell u this is not a good game at all and the chefs throw knives at u when u walk in wat is that.and the bushes hide ur enemies so u never knoiw where ur enemy is unless u look and keep getting shot until u die. And on one level they hide in the windows that u cant even see through and ur standing like an idiot wondering where he is and u cant see him. i dont recomend ppl buying this one.

Metal of Honor Risising Sun is a good game for those that like war games. It shows you a new concept for action games, the jungle. Usually games focus on you running around in a building, yet in this game it mainly focus' on you running around outside and shooting people. The GuadalCanal level was intense because it was hard to desipher the foliage from the enemy. Overall this was a great game, but you may want to only rent it if you only play games once. If you are like me and like to play games over and over again, THEN BUY IT! This was a brilliant game. NOTE: the first review on this website refered to the Japanese as "Japs." That is extremly rude to the Japanese, and I don't know why it was posted.

hi it's your mate matt, i'm here to tell you what i think about MEDAL OF HONOR RISING SUN,well i must say the graphics are pretty useless and i completed it in four days,BUT,the game itself is brilliant, i know some or most of you are totally disagreeing with me ,but different people have different oppinions.
i don't care what other people think of me and in some peoples cases 'stupid' ways i like the game and thats that.
so vote for me and my review and you will all be supper cooooooooooool.
just like me.

This game was cool when you are playing it but then you beat it in under four hours and it gets a little depressing. I wish i could have rented, but i bought it, big mistake. DO NOT BUY IT!!! It is fun but way to short. The hardest part where the Japs with swords. But again game was still to short. I give it 5 of 10. For funness and 1 of 10 for lack of thought put into the game. MOH is still cool.

As a big fan of all the Medal of Honor games I would think they would make this one better. Don't get me wrong I like everything about it but it's to short. When I completed the game in a few days I could not beleave it. I kept hoping there would me more. I waited so long for this and this is it. Out of all the Medal games I've played I have never finshed one so quickly. If you don't have the cash rent it. You can complete it in a weekend.

This game is great, no doubt. The graphics are awesome. Their mouths really move, and the sounds are incredeble. But it was to $#< remove me > at !ing short. I got it on this christmas, and i beat it on christmas. Also, half the weapons in the game you only got to use once, others you never got to use. For example, you only get the B.A.R. in Pearl Harbor, for TWO SECONDS. Or you can only get the Bazooka in The Search for Yama$#< remove me > at !a's. You find the Bazooka at the right part of the ruins in front of the temple, in some boxes. You only get the T-99 in Supercarrier Sabotage. You only get the T-11 in A Bridge Over the River Kwai. I like this game, but it was way too short. Plus, the replay value is ZEEEEEEEEEEERO. This is a disgrace to the Medal of Honor series, and it needs a lot of work.

This game was way to short. It needed more excitiment. It was missing something. I cant put my finger on it. Maybe germans are just a lot more fun to blow away than japs. Do not buy this game. Rent it, then make a decision on wether or not you want to buy it or not. Trust me. Lets hope the next one will be a little longer, and a little more explanational.

I thought that the new Medal of Honor game that came out would be really awsome and a whole lot better than the first one. But I was kind of let down when my brother and beat it in less than two days together. The first level has a cool new concept of riding around on a boat and shooting down the stupid Japaneese planes. It has some cool new weapons and took away some of the old ones, but if you like running through thick forest and killing Japs, then it is a really good game. The graphics could be better, but the people and guns look a whole lot more realistic. The story is not as long as the last game, but you can substitute the length for the better graphics.(7-10) (The ai is not that great for the infantry men)

I own Metal of Honor Front Lines and have been excited for another Metal of Honor to come out. I knew they were going to kind of split up the next game into two. The first one Rising Sun is pretty good. The First level is great Metal of Honor gaming. The rest of the game is fun and has a lot of interesting Guns, and Jungle Warfare. Also Rising Sun lets you play two people at the same time in the same level! My only downside of this game is it ends pretty quickly! I rented it on Friday and passed the game on Sunday! I was still expecting at least another couple of levels. I think this is where it is bad that they split the game up. (Brothers get separated, and you are fighting with the first brother in this game).
I still think this game is a fun, and great to play I just don't think it would ever be worth buying!!!

The game is awesome, the scenary is mindblowing. The scene in Guadalcanal makes you sweat as you can barely see in the jungle. The action never stops, and the most worthy is the Bridge in the river Kwai. Extremely necessary to play it, if you liked Frontline, you will love Rising Sun.

I am realy looking forward to this game, i love the medal of honor games they are one of the best shooting games ever and this time it is against the Japenese instead of the germans! wahoo!!!!! GO ALLIED FORCES! (p.s. Fable and Halo 2 are going to be the best!)

this is an awesome game! great levels, graphics, multiplayer,weapons, this game has it all! so stop reading this and go buy it already! plus u can grab a friend and play 2 player co-op! and the single player will have u amazed at its incredible attention to detail and the when u get into a firece firefight with your squad is awesome! all u hear are screams, gunfire,dirt popping up because of the jap bullet hits are going off all around!!!

So far i have made it to the second level but, wow! The gameplay is freakin awesome! I have been waiting for this to come out for a while and believe you me, I am not disappointed! The graphics are pretty good, but the AI of the Japanese troops was just suprising. You stand still for a bit to reload or something, and they'll charge you guns blazing. The sound affects are pretty good, especially during the pearl harbor mission, that would have to be one of the best missions for any game i've ever played! It is a pretty difficult game, because when you get hit it almost takes your life down to nothing. I got bayoneted and i lost more than half of my life! That is the realism that all of the other ones needed and is supplied in Rising Sun. I suggest you go out and get this for yourself.
