TMNT | | ED from DC says (1/Nov/2003): | The Turtles are back, in a game that reminds me a lot of the first Nintendo game they actually starred in. The Graphics are Amazing - Mixed in with Actual Cartoon Footage from the new cartoon show. It's a fighting game plain and simple -You fight the same damn guys over and over - They keep coming at you. That's one thing I find a bit annoying. The really bad thing about this game - Is the Turtles say two or three things while they're fighting - And they say it - OVER and OVER - and OVER, every time you hit someone. Gets really freakin' old. The game is Ok in my book - Fun for a large group, a big ol' waste of time is you're playing alone. You can play multiple players, in Story Mode and in VS. mode. I tried some of the cheats listed on the net and only two or three of them actually work for the X-Box.
