not all that amazing | | jake from mesquite, texas, usa says (28/Dec/2003): | i am going to be brutally honst, this game is really not all that great. i wouldn't suggest buying it, but definately rent it before you think about buying it. this is your game if you like simple, 4 button games. there really isn't too much to it, all you can do is drive like a slot car, but you can switch lanes. the graphics are ok, but, frankly, i have seen better on psx. i really didn't dig the soundtrack. it's a little too techno for me, but that's not my style (no offense to those of you that like that music). it is kind of cool since i have never seen another slot car racing game. it drew me in because i used to do the whole slot car thing, and i thought it would make a cool game. its a nice game if you get burned out on your other games. it's a nice change of pace from the norm. the cars are cool and remind me of those that i used to build and race way back when. i don't think it is worth how much you pay, unless bought used. i think it could use a track build feature or get to really customize a car or two, maybe something like a paint shop or bearing upgrades. i don't think that there will be a sequil to this game, but you never know, i could be wrong.

Not only will it keep you enthrilled for hours but will probley deprive you of a social life. This adrenaline pumping fast paced game will have you glued for hours of gaming fun, progress though the stages to unlock faster cars and other designs of car like the 1970's cop show cars (The Professionals lol). The further you get into the game the harder it gets with more obsticles and hazards. Whatever your age this is a game that will have you locked. Graphics & Sound are top notch with a funky soundtrack.
