Way Beyond Your Average Game! | | MItch from Atlanta, Ga USA says (15/Jan/2004): | There are a few things that you need to know about BG&E: First, just because the price dropped to $19.99 recently doesn't means this game is bad. Second, it has more story than you can shake a stick at. Third, it's a really fun game to play. I just bought BG&E last weekend and I was very pleasantly surprised. I was expecting a game that was just above par, but it turned out to be great on many different levels. The graphics are astounding! Some of the environments will make you feel like you're actually on a distant planet engaged in an awesome adventure. The gameplay is near spot-on, with a few awkward camera problems now and then, but the camera is still far superior to many other third person games out there. The story is one that starts out with a bang and never lets up. You'll laugh, you'll be enraged, and you may even shed a tear. Michel Ancel, the creator of the Rayman series directed the project, so you can pretty much count on it being a decent game, but it really is much more than that. It is a great game. There aren't too many great action-adventures on the Xbox, and if that's your bag, then pick this game up immediately! For twenty bucks you cannot lose!
