A Great Follow-Up To A Good Game | | Keith Luchin from Little Rock, AR USA says (29/Oct/2004): | I've been having high hopes for the long-awaited sequel to Outlaw Golf. I can gladly say that I am not at all disappointed.
The $19.99 sticker price was a welcome surprise. The new players (as well as the originals) are fun and amusing. The addition of several new courses gives the game a great deal more variety. Players and courses all have their own unique characteristics that give all participants and locations a lot of individualized charm. Also, the skills challenges are fresh, clever and HILARIOUS. I still laugh heartily every time one of my exploding golf balls hits a barnyard animal, or when I get the chance to ramp a golf cart through a hoop twenty feet off the ground!
Custom soundtracks, funny cut scenes, eclectic player wardrobes, subserviant caddies, crisp graphics, and substantially improved ease of control and playbility all add up to great improvement on the already fun original game. This game will played in my console to the point of wearing the disc out completely.
