more action and enviornment. |
| D'Antoine Crosby from Laolace,Louisiana says (23/Nov/2004): |
I thought the game was really good but it could'of had some culture in it. What i mean is that we could have duels in an area like joey or yugi dueled rare hunter. But hey , I know Konami can do better on the next game.If Konami makes a new Yugioh game I hope it can carry on the existing data from Dawn of Destiny and choose from eiter the three decks you created to duel with, but if noone has Dawn of Destiny on there file they'll play with a contructed deck to start with to duel and build up their deck to an even much stronger deck. But in this case their has to be limits of the cards. And the game could be like an adventure game, the characters acually talking and us herering there voice. Im sure the next game will be AwSOME.

Good |
| A gamer from NJ, USA says (17/Sep/2004): |
There should'ave been cheat screen so we could cheat. And we don't face Kaiba even after beating the Robots, that was sucked. I beat stage 1 to stage 6 or 7 or 8 or 9 or 10, I forgot, but Bandit Keith is hard to beat, and I didn't get this far with my skills entirely, it was mixture of skills, luck, and opponents being retarded so I could win. The music sucks so bad, I actually used split screen and put XBox's screen on right so I wouldn't have to hear the music. The graphics are good, but the duels are monotonous, including the attack screen. Not my favorite so far, Konami should make more better game. It should've given us options if we want to hear music from our XBox's hard drive soundtracks. After winning ten times, you get better cards. I won more than 20 times, and got good cards. But, the game is sometimes screwed, Royal Decreed gets destroyed when it shouldn't. But it's one of the main reasons why I win. I have the best strategies when I need one.

kool |
| kenji from conover, north carolina says (3/Aug/2004): |
the game was pretty kool but i would of been better if the game had xbox live so that you could use your skill and duel people from all over the world so that you don't always have to duel the character in the game and the best thing about the game is that there is not a password code for cheats to use
|
ok |
| a kid from North Carolina from North Carolina, USA says (31/Jul/2004): |
the game was pretty kool but i was a little disappointed that they did not provide the password code so that you could get the cards you needed and all the deck that you start off should of at least have a monster reborn in it but other then that the game was pretty kool.

This is the best game ever! |
| James from Paris, USA says (22/Jul/2004): |
This is a really great game for the serious and the amateur player of Yu-Gi. I wish there were more stars to give....this game would get all of them! Really enjoyed this game....cause to beat the game you have to work hard, because you either cheat all the way or dont cheat at all....NO MIDDLE GROUND! Finally a game that strikes your intellect and skills of Yu-Gi!

Perfect and flawed |
| Oliver Moss from USA says (4/Jul/2004): |
The game was pretty great. It was extremly challenging and had to take skills to win. Its graphics where a little off and the sound was a score of 10 (my opinion). If you like yugioh this is the game for you because Its challenging and addictive, but there was one flaw that mad eme give it a 9 ; no cheat screen! but thats what made it perfect. It made the game more challenging and fun. With a cheat screen you would get good cards and beat the game litterrally! Then you will be full filled with bordom and don't really want to play the game. Now whats the use of the game now?

| A gamer from Syracuse NY USA says (10/Jun/2004): |

| Alex Riester from Evansville Indiana, USA says (28/May/2004): |
This game is so cool that I played it for twelve hours strait. The only bad part of the game is I can't use my deck but I do like the graphics. I recommened this game to people who like the card game and those that don't because after thay play it they will probably want cardsof their own. Thanks for reading my review.

best game ever |
| ERIC from houma,louisiana usa says (13/May/2004): |
i think the game was awsome.i have to agree that they could of gave it a password screen so we could help our decks.other than that the game was awsome.i live in houma louisiana if anyone would like to duel phone number 985-223-2962 ask for eric

THIS GAME IS THE COOLEST |
| Alex Judge from Claremore, OK 74017 says (5/May/2004): |
i think that this game is the best because it is challenging and fun. it also is hard when you cnat get the cards that you need to win. when i am losing i try to put the card a draw out there in defense because sometimes the opponent will put his cards in defence adn i can draw Tri Horned Dragon and win if he doesn't have something bigger than that card. otherwise this game is fun to play and i hope to get it soon!!!!

True Duelist |
| Lexian from Chicago, Illinoise USA says (28/Apr/2004): |
After going t many tournements and actually being at the world championships on some occasions i find it quite challenging to find any real ORIGINAL duelist out their.....in other words every deck i see a rageki, cylinders etc.....this games gives u a crappy deck yes but in all reality u have to win and make due with some of the worst cards out their and learn hot to appriate them.....this shows u that their are other strats out their in order to win the duel....yes it is nerve racking going against 3 elite duelist even though u double all their life points+ but i think the team who made this game forgot that life points doesnt really mean much when u have level 3 monsters with 13.1400 attacks and ur opponent summons a level 7 monster and u have what....like 1 or 2 cards that would help or waist time....but all in all it makes the game challenging and more fun and give u new deck ideas which i like.....wha can i say im a true duelist who loves YUGIOH!!

Great yu-gi-oh card playing but...... |
| old kuriboh from Oroville,US says (18/Apr/2004): |
I really like this new yu-gi-oh game on xbox. Overall graphics and gameplay are awesome but the terrible starting deck you recieve and how hard it is to build up your deck really slows down the game. But you big time yu-gi-oh duelists should really give it a try just building up a powerful deck will be a challenge.
|
It was OK. |
| A gamer from Charlotte, USA says (16/Apr/2004): |
It was pretty good but they could of added a password code part like they did on the GBA games like Yu-Gi-Oh the Eternal Duelist soul so we could get some cards that we want.
They also could of gave you more better cards like Monster Reborn or Raigeki. But other that that it was pretty good.

AWSOMELY AWSOME |
| Alix Van noy from Riverton, Utah, USA says (12/Apr/2004): |
The dawn of destiny was awsome game i love how you start as a barely starting duelist. but they coukd of made it funner if they would of made the monsters actually strike each other and kill eachother. thats all but any ways it's awsome collecting cards and making the most powerful deck. you also get to get to go against apponents from the show. that helps you if you wasnt to make there decks in real life. buy this game. Ahyaa baby

Mixed Review |
| A gamer from Dallas, TX says (12/Apr/2004): |
Well I like the game but my biggest complaint is how the game randomly chooses low end cards for you to choose from. You aren't stuck dueling just the duel bots but you have to complete levels in triple duel to duel people single. My next biggest complaint is how you receive cards. In the GBA game, you start out with almost truly random cards with exception to some rares. In this game, you can duel for hours and just barely get a little more than crappy LOB common cards. Also the deck collection it starts you with contains waaay to little trap and spell. This game *would* rock if it started off with so much as a complete regular starter deck.
All in all, if you have an xbox and a GBA and can only buy one game--get the GBA game. You'll be happier.

What a game!!!!!!!!1 |
| A gamer from Canada says (7/Apr/2004): |
this game is great!!!! Out of all the games of Yu-Gi-Oh, this is actually a challenge and you get to collect more than 1000 cards. It's difficult at times but for those expert players this is a great way to build you decks from home and to try against the computer and see how well you can do. I haven't found any real good cheats yet but i reccomend this game to all expert duelists in the Yu-Gi-Oh card game. If you enter a few names in the begining of the game like KONAMI, or POWER, you can get a different deck than the one you originally start with. And after you finish all 13 tiers you can actually pick one of the opponents decks to use. thats all hope you enjoy these!!!!!

this game rocks! |
| jered cyrus from spotsylvania says (2/Apr/2004): |
i loved dawn of destiny it is the best yu-gi-oh game yet. i do wish they had kept some of the features that they had in forbidden memories. mainly the ability to import cards from the real world. other than that i loved the game. the opening sequence is the best one yet for the yu-gi-oh saga and i cant wait to unlock all the cards. i hope they make xbox live available for the game soon because being able to duel with other people all across the country would be just like dueling in the real game or like being on the show. i do like the starter deck they give you the cyber-teck alligator is the best card ever. five stars and twenty-five hundred attack points how much better could it get.

I wasn't into Yu-gi-oh but I might give it a try... |
| A gamer from USA, PA says (2/Apr/2004): |
I wasn't a big fan of Yu-gi-oh, but this game looked fun. I was wrong. This game was terrible. You get Zera Ritual but you don't get Zera! Your oppenent gets all the good stuff while you get stuck with crap stuff. And all the single people you can battle are robots! You heard me, robots. The bottom line is, don't rent, but, or borrow this game. You will thank me later.

It had high hopes |
| Ben from SD says (1/Apr/2004): |
I loved the gba version of the game and thought hey its an xbox game, this is going to kick *ss. However after buying the game and playing I learned something. A game isn't fun without a plot. The game is a great card game, however there is no plot to keep you going. Its just static game playing, and you start off really bad. My best card on my first game was a gemini elf. It really takes some effort just to get in the feel of the game. Unlike the gba version which started you off with at least monstor reborn.
