Best Bond Game by a Mile! | | Owen Taffinder from Cambridge, UK says (3/Jan/2005): | I think this game is pretty damn good considering the standard of the last few Bond games. There are loads of different weapons which make it a lot more exciting, and your enemies actually know which weapon you're using. Graphics are good, levels fun. I think the game's pretty hard unless you're on easy mode, which isn't that easy anyway, but not impossible. Multiplayer is pretty crap but the rest of the game makes up for that. I like all the original characters but you don't seem to see very much of Oddjob for some reason. I highly recommend this game if you're looking for a fun shoot 'em up. It must be the fact that you're evil that makes this game a lot more fun to play. No MI6 diplomatic crap to deal with, just an all out go in, do the job and kill a few hundred guards per level. A great game!
| Awesome Game | | Mike from Springfield, Missouri, USA says (29/Nov/2004): | This game when I sat down to play was awesome. The game goes along with all of the old James Bond Movies which is really cool, except the only thing is one person is missing. Yeah I would think that this would be one major flaw in the game is that you never get to go after James Bond becuase he dies in the first 5 min of the game. Though the story line is really good excluding the fact that Bond is dead. The graphics in this game are awesome as well. Every thing is really detailed and is just overall good. There is pretty cool music that goes along with the gameplay too. Speaking of the gameplay this game to me could never get old. Especially since it has the whole E.V.I.L. AI which means that no two games are ever the same. Another cool thing is that you can take people as hostages and hold them infront of you to block people from shooting you. The guns are also superb as well. Finding that right combonation will determine how well you can dominate this game. Remember the pistol in the first Halo and how everyone always used it. Well i wouldnt be suprised in this game if that happens in multiplayer. The only flaw that I can find in this game that every first person shooter game develper should grasp is JUMP!!! I mean thats really the only thing that caught my eye right when I Picked up the controller is that you can't jump. I mean I am sorry but that makes it just so much better, even though this game is already awesome. The lifespan in this game can be recharged just like in Halo as well. You have your shield but then you also have health. When your health gets low take cover and it will recharge. I mean obviously this game can't compare to Halo 2 but hey in my book it comes very close.
